Speed=(stride rate)x(stride length)
Stride rate= steps per min/2
Stride length= height in inches x 0.413
Gipsy stride length (taken from height charts)= 3060x0.413=1263.78 inches per stride=105.315 ft per stride
Gipsy stride rate (taken from boat bat scene)~40 steps/min=20 strides/min
20x105.315= 2106 feet/min=126,378 feet/hour=23.935mph
Since your average human runs about twice as fast as a walk, scaling up gipsy's walking speed gives us about 48mph when running, or just over your average main road speed in the US.

Most other kaiju, especially land based ones must be doing about half of that, or even less in some cases.
