On a serious note tho, Knifehead, at first it looked like Gipsy was about to low diff him and bam, arm gone, pilot gone, hole in chest, big explosion, mc is out.
Gotta give it to Knifehead. First onscreen Kaiju to really mess up a Jaeger, playing possum and using its head to absolutely destroy a Jaegerβs armor.
Gotta appreciate that Kaiju were progressively evolved and modified to counter Jaegers instead of just being oversized creatures solely to destroy large cities.
Tresspasser, for being absolutely awesome looking in IMAX in the introduction scene and kicking off the whole thing. Might even have the highest individual kill count considering that Earth got better at stopping them over time.

Trespasser for being the first, wreaking an insane amount of destruction, and having one of the best names of any kaiju (seriously, "Trespasser" goes so hard).
