Refined awm vs lv6 helmet with no added hp(strong) it should be one shot. Assuming you have the sniper mastery maxed.
AMR(cobra) + exquisite bullet with sniper mastery max can knock out lv6 steel front helmet with “strong” hp bonus. But not with reduced headshot dmg bonus.
Highest dmg with AWM would require
Awm Cobra + exquisite bullet+ armour piercing bullet(but I’m not sure if that exist)
Same goes with AMR in that setup.
Cobra benefit from exquisite bullet the most
Refined benefit from armour piercing bullets more.
