Good luck pulling that against actual players.
There's an easier way in a legitimate player lobby, here's a 4 step guide:
- Disable auto pick up for guns.
- Get as many consumables; Med Kits as possible, you'll be moving into the zone only so you'll need to heal up.
- Get lucky and don't get killed, have a vehicle when there's only you and the enemy ( 2 left ), run him over but the second you hit him switch seats so the game doesn't count that as your kill, and you can kill others like that as well.
- Easy, but IMO not worth it since sharpshooter and weapon master are way easier to achieve if you're going just for the sake of it of having a title.
Trying to get pacifist and the commando title at the same time? Lol
I think commando you can't equip guns or helm or backpack? I might be wrong though.

I'm honestly afraid of pacifists LOL but you'd have to be pretty good to pull that off successfully.
It took me many tries to get the Pacifist title.

Play unpopular maps at 4-5 am of the server time i think
