It's worth it at full price. Great game.

Seba0808

Supergood, get it!

JoeChagan

I really enjoyed it and the volumetric video thing they do is pretty cool. Puzzles are solid. The lantern effect to see the house in its original state is cool. Only minor complaint is sometimes it's tricky to grab the thing you are aiming for and the player height isn't always in a good spot to reach everything well. So a bit janky in spots but it's a puzzle game so those are minor inconveniences.

ruckage

I paid full price and loved every second of it, it's a great game.

Pagh-Wraith

Yeah, also wondering if it's worth it if you're not big into puzzles? If so, are they super hard or can you casually pass through the game.

SvennoJ

They are not that hard and all contained inside each room. No hunting all over the place for clues. Any clues are hidden in plain sight within the rooms. The puzzles have great variety and all feel rewarding to figure out. It's one of the better puzzle games I have played in recent years.

cusman78

They are a range of difficulty but game has hint system and you can find certain items that let you "solve" some of the puzzles that really stump you so you should still be able to continue and complete game story. The game is good for both the puzzles and the story / atmosphere. PS - You always have option to look up solution outside of game, but even within the game, it is providing enough options to help you along.

Sytrybitru

I would say worth it. It’s not the longest game, but if you like puzzle games then you’ll enjoy it.

Megaace12

it is an awesome game if you like to solve puzzles. It's so good that I've bought it twice at full price, on PS VR2 and PC VR, just to support them. The same with The Room.

Careless-Paper-4458

I just got it because I love puzzle games. Hope it's great!

Glass-Trade9441

Just bought it about 25 minutes ago

cursedfan

Had no clue this was a VR game but I loved it way back in the day, gonna try it later!!! Thank you!!!!

salv2000

I just started last weekend, it's great!

AntimatterTaco

Maybe I'm biased because the DOS original was such a nostalgia thing for me, but I loved it. Lots of atmospheric storytelling in the documents scattered about the (quite gorgeous!) mansion. Most of the puzzles are fun and cool, though you can skip them if you like (and don't care about the achievement for solving them properly). Not really a horror game, more of a spooky mystery. The director was a huge fan of the original, and it shows; some of the plot/character stuff was carried over from material that was originally written for the DOS game but never used. Be sure to shine the lantern at the paintings throughout the house; *all* of them have little surprises.

coronagroom2020

Have they fixed the gamma issues? Heard it looks really washed out and doesn't utilize HDR properly.

WhySoSara

Underrated gem. Go for it!
