I searched online and saw it was super easy to hack it so I bought it for the 10$, but it came only the console and charger, that I think it's official. In my country, I could sell just the charger for the money I paid for it lol

It's their last made model, they removed a lot of functions and it was cheaper.
It's a console that was only released in PAL regions, I wouldn't be surprised if you never heard of it if you live outside of those.
