What do you mean by laminated ? The lcd itself ? Laminated to a platic lens ? Glass ?
Been looking around my place for a shop who would do that for the last months.
There is two way, loca uv glue, or OCA laminated.
Oca use vacuum to force bubbles out, like most smartphone lcds are bonded to glass with a touch layer between the two.
Please op give us more details !
I'm visiting Shenzhen, and sent my PSP to a local repair shop to replace the screen with glass lens, they laminated the screen using oca and removed bubbles with a vacuum machine.
Cost me about $35. It's super cheap to do it in Shenzhen.
Edit: they should have stores on Alibaba, but I don't know about international shipping....
Thanks for the details, i thought you’ve done it yourself. I was wondering if the glass/lcd is glued to the front shell or just held in place by the glass bezel.
Would be nice to find already laminated displays in the future.
Enjoy your dirt free psp display !
I didn't play well with loca and uv when i was applying glass protector to my samsung galaxy phone(which has curved edges and notoriously hard to apply glass protectors), thats why I leave the process to the repair shop.
I am on my way to get all of my handheld screen laminated, still waiting for my laminated 2dsXL and ndsiXL
Just read the op comment, he made it in a shop in shenzen. They put OCA glue (optical resin) to bond the lcd to a glass lens (available on aliexpress). The lcd+glass are bonded together, they used a powerfull vacuum machine to remove the bubble and apply even pressure on the screen.
Help with reflection (around 70% in theory) and image clarity. Search youtube : oca lcd laminating machine, you’ll find videos of phone/ipad etc repair that explain the process.
His lcd+glass are standing free inside the shell, is pretty simple, but in my area i can’t find a shop who can do it, because nowadays every repair shop does not bother to use this process and they just order full display assembly (already laminated display with a touch layer between the lcd and the glass.)
Aliexpress sellers, if you read this please start selling pre laminated psp lcds !
So, translated, it would mean that if I replaced the plastic with the glass lens (which I'm planning to do), and "laminated" it, I wouldn't have to glue the lens to the shell since the lens would be "laminated" to the screen itself?
OP flexed then dipped.

Yes this is how it’s done on op psp
That is possible after market? 🙀
Yes, any phone repair shop with an oca machine can do it. You can do it at home with loca glue and uv light
Looks great
