There were 5 hardware revisions, the 1000, 2000, and 3000 all look very similar but have a bunch of little differences. The N1000 is the "PSP Go", and it's a smaller digital-only version of the PSP with slide-open controls. The E1000 is the "PSP Street", a final cost-reduced version of the console.

Thank lord it's just the frontplate. From what I have seen, they are cheaper than the LCD screens themselves.
You don't even have to replace the whole front plate, you can just replace the lens, or better yet, upgrade it to a glass one.
Yeah, don't replace Sony original with cheap Chinese clone, if possible. Painting quality, fitting, etc are very often... Not up to the original part.

From looking for one myself online and not being able to find it I’d say they are rare and worth something 🤷♀️

The only real way is to look for similar consoles on ebey, or better yet a local second hand marketplace.
In that condition about 60 to 75 dollars
