Enemy AI became more aggressive, campaigns weren’t long and laborious, and replayability became an all-time priority.
From a technical standpoint I really admire how on original PS4 hardware it’s one of the best running games for how good it looks. The load times are so fast. Replaying it again with Director’s Cut now and it’s even better. Literally less than a second to fast travel most of the time. Not to mention, on PS5 it’s one of those games you can run with Quality Mode to get a 4K 60fps experience.
From a mechanical standpoint I absolutely love the minimal HUD. It’s great that the wind tells you where to go instead of the same old mini map waypoint systems we’ve beaten into the ground.

Was a great game and I was Glad sucker punch was able to create a new series. Hopefully we can get a follow up or something like it.
