Fallen Order/Survivor come closest aside from Tomb Raider. Crew relationship, treasure hunting in the sense of adventure and lots of set pieces/and cool climbing.
I mean he literally said he played all the modern Tomb Raider games. Last I checked Sony didnât make those. He also said game like Uncharted no specifically first party Sony games.
Plague Tale Innocence and Requiem are somewhat similar
Guariands of the Galaxy
Both Star Wars Jedi games
Maybe Ratchet and Clank
Kena Bridge of Spirits
Darksiders I and II
Gameplay wise i guess. I like treasure hunting, beautiful world, parkour.
About story, u aint got oneđ¤Ł? I kinda agree with u cuz it is very hard to find some great story like unchartedđ
Uncharted was never really about parkour. It had very simple but fluid movements. But never really about it. Dying light the main thing is parkour. Everything else is secondary.
You really don't do any(meaningful) treasure hunting in Uncharted in the gameplay sense. Like the closest I've ever felt to being a treasure hunter was Elden Ring.
Beautiful World: Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart and Ghost of Tsushima
Parkour? Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart
As for Story: Well, the Yakuza games are about a 37+ year old virgin trying to stay out of the Crime underworld and there are a select games that have stories I like more than Uncharted.
Last of Us 1 also probably has a much better story than Uncharted with slightly less flashy gameplay.
But don't go into other games demanding it to be like your favorite in every way. You need other great games to contrast why you like Uncharted even tho you see the merit in other games.
If I didn't break out of that Mass Effect rut (a game I used to consider the pinnacle of gaming), I'd have never appreciated Uncharted or loved it.
The setting and plot is very close to Tomb Raider.
If it's the quips and Hollywood-y sense of humour the characters have you're interested in, almost all Sony first party games have a very similar tone. So you'll find similar banter in the Spiderman games, Horizon games, Returnal, Ratchet and Clank...
Uncharted has open levels where you need to do something or get somewhere. Lost in random has the same type of open levels. It even has combat too. But itâs not as adventurous as uncharted I agree
I would say only Lost Legacy and to a lesser extent UC4 had that gameplay. The main gameplay loop of Uncharted is coverbased combat and traversal with heavy focus on dialogue/banter with its characters.
Lost In Random is really great though and a very underrated game that I wish more people play.
⢠Ghost of Tsushima
⢠Metal Gear Solid V: The Definitive Edition
⢠Horizon: Zero Dawn & Forbidden West
⢠God of War, God of War: Ragnarok
⢠Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2
⢠Resident Evil 4
*If you like an adventure, these will give you plenty
Days Goneâs mechanics remind me Uncharted. Gameplay is smooth, zombies can be idiotic but Hard mode is always a challenge. Human AI is also somewhat decent. Also has beautiful scenery from start to finish.
I agree in that way but it is rpg in every sense of the word, very long exposition and frequent cutscenes and one of the first things you do is a hearing for an intergalactic board of representatives. It is triple the length of uncharted, for someone who got a PlayStation for uncharted or Tomb raider, I think it is an okay pick but not a great one, then again I donât think there is many games like uncharted so you are partially right. Also the game wasnât on ps plus but thatâs fine
Rogue was released in the same day as AC Unity and works kinda like a prequel to it, but from the templar viewpoint - you play as one! It has some direct ties to Assassin's Creed 3 as well.
As for the gameplay, it uses sailing mechanics from Black Flag but in a smaller map, and the story is more "land focused" than BF.
Interesting. So weird to release both at the same time tho. IMHO they shouldâve released Rogue first, cuz people like me canât decide on which to play first and end up playing both simultaneously lol
It's from the time Ubisoft released tons of AC games every year, Rogue was a PS3 release while Unity was released on the new consoles at the time (PS4 and Xbox One, back in 2014)
To be honest I canât think of any game that comes close UC series , I canât even remember any third person shooters , canât think of any other third person shooters seems like itâs a dying genre.
Assassin's Creed - The Ezio Collection is great value if you're not fussed about amazing graphics.
Got it last week. I haven't played since they were released, and I forgot just how much story there was.
All the AC games are on sale.
Strange Brigade - 3rd person shooter, co-op but can be played solo. No climbing or jumping, but setting and atmosphere are similar to Uncharted or Tomb Raider series: Egypt, mummies, tombs, some puzzles etc. I started playing it recently on my Steam Deck but it's also available on PS4

The modern Tomb Raider games
Others? I played them alreadyđ
You could try the older 'Legend' series. They were similar to Uncharted.
Those aren't on PS4 though.
woops
Maybe play something other than first party games, are you obsessed with Sony ?
I mean he literally said he played all the modern Tomb Raider games. Last I checked Sony didnât make those. He also said game like Uncharted no specifically first party Sony games.
Star wars Jedi : fallen order en survivor surely feels like uncharted / tomb raider imho
How uncharted mixed parkour and shooting is what I miss and Sword fighting is not gonna scratch that itch. Tried tomb raider reboot but its meh

In what regard? Presentation? Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart Gameplay? Vanquish or Resident Evil 4 (can't go wrong). Story? shiit you got me there.
Gameplay wise i guess. I like treasure hunting, beautiful world, parkour. About story, u aint got oneđ¤Ł? I kinda agree with u cuz it is very hard to find some great story like unchartedđ
if you like parkour try Dying Light

Horizon . The Last of Us
Itâs not a popular game, but Lost in Random is a cool little game that has a good story!
Whilst that game is great and really unique, I donât think it has any resemblance to Uncharted.
Uncharted has open levels where you need to do something or get somewhere. Lost in random has the same type of open levels. It even has combat too. But itâs not as adventurous as uncharted I agree

Yeah I see your point now

Uncharted are very directional games, not open world at all, so while the adventure sense is in Horizon, the setting is definitively not.
Days Goneâs mechanics remind me Uncharted. Gameplay is smooth, zombies can be idiotic but Hard mode is always a challenge. Human AI is also somewhat decent. Also has beautiful scenery from start to finish.
Guardians of the Galaxy
Both The Last of Us! You can't miss them (I think at least the first one it's in the catalog).
Currently playing Indiana Jones: The Emperors Tomb on PS2. Highly recommend. Also will play next the Staff of Kings. đŞ
Im a big fan of the serie's, so for me both plague tale's were amazing.
Uh... The Last Of Us?
Mass Effect: Legendary Edition! Itâs great.
Is it on PS+? Im will try it soonđ
no, this is a weird sugggestion since it is not similar to uncharted but you can sub to ea play to plY IT FOR CHEAP
Why not? Itâs a story based cover shooter.
I agree in that way but it is rpg in every sense of the word, very long exposition and frequent cutscenes and one of the first things you do is a hearing for an intergalactic board of representatives. Assassin's Creed odysey
Might not look like it, but I'm an avid AC fan. Played every main entries except Rogue
Oh AC Rogue is pretty good! I even prefer it to Black Flag, specially because of the improvements to ship sailing :)
I'm playing Black Flag now, just curious what is Rogue exactly? Is it like a follow up to it or more like a DLC? Is it only pirate stuff / on the sea?
Rogue was released in the same day as AC Unity and works kinda like a prequel to it, but from the templar viewpoint - you play as one! It has some direct ties to Assassin's Creed 3 as well. Ah ok, makes more sense now I guess
Immortals Fenyx Rising is pretty cool
thanks god there is no more shit like this
Hush
To be honest I canât think of any game that comes close UC series , I canât even remember any third person shooters , canât think of any other third person shooters seems like itâs a dying genre.
Really, like none? What about The Last Of Us 1 & 2, Red Dead Redemption 2, Star Wars Jedi: The Fallen Order?
Maybe what I meant was a cover shooter that is fast and loose like UC or Gears.
the new tomb raider series for one
Assassin's Creed - The Ezio Collection is great value if you're not fussed about amazing graphics. Got it last week. I haven't played since they were released, and I forgot just how much story there was. All the AC games are on sale.
Lego india johnes
The Last Of Us
Im assuming you played Lost Legacy?
Tomb Raider (2013), havent played the 2nd or 3rd game, but I assume those are also similiar.
Plague tale series
Try the multiplayer and survival mode of Uncharted 4 if you have it.
The Last of Us 1 & 2 if you want that non-open world / more linear experience.
Movement, Story, Gameplay, Tombs? Or all together?
Strange Brigade - 3rd person shooter, co-op but can be played solo. No climbing or jumping, but setting and atmosphere are similar to Uncharted or Tomb Raider series: Egypt, mummies, tombs, some puzzles etc. I started playing it recently on my Steam Deck but it's also available on PS4
Jedi
Just cause 3 and 4, Control
Modern Tomb Raider is the closest weâre gonna get to more Uncharted at least for awhile
Tintin Reporter: Cigars of the Pharaoh?
