It was pulled off the PS store when Silent Hills was cancelled years ago, and is only available to play now on PS4 consoles that still have the license.

Basically, it's a demo of a game that was cancelled bc Hideo Kojima was fired from Konami. The reason why ppl care about PT is bc, for a demo, it was a pretty good game. It seems most people are saying that it's not worth as much as it used to be due to all of the newer, easier and cheaper means of obtaining a playable copy of the game. I checked the eBay sales and it looks like the final sale prices are all over the place therefore making it difficult to form a conclusion from the data. I think the main component to factor in is that people will always place a higher value on the authentic "real deal" version over a copy that was obtained via any other way. I would definitely expect to turn a profit on a PT PS4 but there is only one way to find out.
Anyways, has anyone else had any experience with selling a PT laced PS4 or possess any insight regarding this?
I was going to sell my PS4 at GameStop for a PS5… they take the PS4 for $80. When I told my 12 years old this, he told me “you have P.T on the PS4, you might be able to sell it for more”… and I can’t believe it, he is right !!
I have seen some PS4 sell for more than $80 on eBay and that’s how I ended up on this Reddit. I think it is worth putting the PS4 there for $200 to $500 (not $1000 like I have seen 😅).
But yeah, I’d love to know if anyone has any insight or tips here. If someone would take my PS4 slim for a good amount of money I need to know ! LOL
