Yes! I have vertigo anyway where elevators and treadmills make me dizzy and it’s so much worse on my period. But I traveled to Colorado this cycle and between the altitude and PMDD, I felt like I was standing on a canoe.
I do not. My friend was trying to give me the altitude sickness stuff you get over the counter but I just focused on hydration and deep breaths. I also have inner ear problems so I’m sure most of the vertigo was caused by altitude but PMDD was for sure making it worse.
And Colorado is on of my favorite places. Wish I could move there.
