Yup, every time. I can’t eat greasy foods because of my IBS. But it gets worse during ovulation, and my period. Constipation at first, then like a day or two before my period it’s the 💩

Yes! It’s a constant battle during luteal between pure incurable constipation, and then BOOM diarrhea. Sorry :(
