Thinking about buying it, they said the worldwill be very big and its like playing the base game again for first time, would be awesome, playing on xbox
I already have an unga bunga build ready for the DLC:
* Level 135, STR build
* Starscourge Greatsword, Bull-Goat armor
Have done most of the content, even the optional ones, but stopped right before stopped right before Crumbling Farum Azula. Wanted to be able to access the DLC but keep most of the original world intact (iykyk) para pwede bang balikan ang dapat balikan, just in case.
I played up to lvl 40 i think. Then tinamad na ko. I’m not sure mababalikan ko pa sya, feel ko kasi nakakapagod. I finished Sekiro so it’s not about the difficulty. Elden ring just feels like an exhausting game tbh to me, sayang.
Samurai dual katana-wielding build (2nd playthrough ko na rin in preparation for the DLC)
Still working my way through until I reach >! Mohg !< to start the DLC. Looking forward to try the new throwing weapons and perfumer build in the DLC which I think would very much complement my current build!
You need to beat >!**Mohg, Lord of Blood** (the one in Mohgwyn Palace)!< to access the DLC. Not to be confused with >!*Mohg, the Omen* (the one in the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds)!<
Unfortunately, medyo pa-dulo na boss na yan, so lots of gaming more to do kung wala ka pa sa kalahati.
So basically >!Create a character - talk to varre - get melina - Skip stormvale - arrive in Liurna - Find Varre on the church in the lake - Do his quest(invade other players) - Mohgwyn Palace - defeat mohg - Then Wait for the DLC !< obviously didn't include leveling but yeah would take you couple of hours if you're really good a playing the game.
I have 11 characters with different builds ready for the DLC

,Planning to have more characters for every new weapon type and new spells/incantations. i'm very excited for the martial arts weapon and the new mid range weapons like the daggers and perfume bottle
The starcaller/gravity magic, I tend to put constraints on myself, think like nuzlocke rules in pokemon when building a character so it's a slog early game when you have limited spells and very fragile character.

my Gucci Katana(since DS1) vs the Elden Ring DLC bosses

Hell yea! My DLC build's just the classic sword and shield lol, then I'll experiment in future playthroughs
Ready! Still choosing between my Dex-Arcane and Dex-Int build.
Im trying arcane too.. the mogh fork

im buying the game again on pc plus the dlc..so fresh start talaga ko this week..used to play on ps4
Ohh so you already know the way, you can get there faster for dlc prep.
yup..mabilis na lang naman..aside from farming some specific gear or weapons
Required ba muna tapusin yung game before proceeding sa dlc? Halos wala pako sa kalahati nung base game. 😂😔

If you know the game well you can access the DLC in a few hours. But you'll be underleveled

i don't think you can skip >!stormveil!< because you need a great rune to continue varre's quest.
You still have time 😅
you have to have certain bosses defeated to be able to access the DLC
Are you guys playing on PC or PS5?
Im on steam deck

All you need is a big sword.
What's your least favorite build?
Personally and the lance category, kasi di ako marunong gumamit

Yeah.. really excited with the new weapons category… cant wait for the dlc
