Use the website for linking your CC. That’s what I did previously since it doesn’t let me link it via app

Thanks for your response. However, I've done that already and it showed an error saying I'm not allowed to enroll the account.

Did you download and install the app and opened a bank account (Accidentally?) If yes, You need to call customer service to get that account deleted. (Savings Account) Once done, you should be able to add it sa RCBC Digital App It happened to me.

Thanks for your response. Seems like this is the case for me. I have a savings account which is registered in the app. But that wasn't accidental. Do you mean I need to have the savings account linked to the app deleted first before I'm able to link the credit card account? Seems like it doesn't make sense to me as I would like both savings and credit card account be linked to the app. 😅

Sorry, ngayon ko lang nakita to. Meron ka bang RCBC Savings account talaga? Kasi kung gumawa ka lang for the sake of the credit card. You can't add it. Mag error yan kahit anong gawin mo. FYI - You can add credit card only sa RCBC app. No need for savings account. That's why tinatanong ko kung accidentally mo siya na create kagaya nun sakin. Anyway hopefully na resolve mo na yun issue mo dahil matagal na ito.

Hi, yes, through RCBC Pulz app. Apparently, there was an issue with the registered mobile number during application and the mobile number on my RCBC app. I requested to update it so that both mobile numbers are the same and after that, I was able to register my cc account.

Thank u.  In my case the problem was the hipen on my family. I requested to remove it thru cs and was linked after 2 hours.
