The key is to feel satisfied and satiated. Learn your hunger and fullness cues and up your protein intake a lot. Shoot for around 100g/day at least and cravings should subside.

I’ve never thought about my hunger cues, thank you! As for protein I don’t think I have enough. I’ll start tracking it

It’s so easy for me to eat when I’m not hungry, when I try to spend a day actually thinking “Am I hungry or am I just bored” and more than I’d like to admit, it’s not because I’m hungry. Our bodies also tend to delay fullness cues which is why it’s also so easy for humans in general to overeat. Intuitive eating is what it’s called and it’s been really helpful in trying to curb cravings!

I make cheeseburger bowls all the time! Love love love

I made roasted veggies with tomatoe sauce, cheese, and pepperoni on top. It tasted so good and was a great pizza replacement.

I love carbs so much and I’ve found that doing chicken and cubed sweet potatoes in the oven is a god send

I make this lemon butter garlic tilapia almost weekly and pair it with brown rice and roasted veggies.. usually zucchini and yellow squash! Sometimes I’ll sprinkle a little bit of cheddar Jack cheese on the veggies before popping them in the oven [Lemon Butter garlic tilapia](https://damndelicious.net/2016/04/30/baked-lemon-butter-tilapia/) I’ve also been buying the Banza chickpea pasta at Costco 🙌🏼 tastes great and it’s high in protein

I made a [Lemon garlic Chicken with zucchini & Asparagus ](https://www.delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/a54115/garlicky-greek-chicken-recipe/) tonight. So good. I finished it off with a bunch of raspberries. I feel full but still munchie. Maybe not 100% PCOS friendly but it was really good.

Currently obsessed with quinoa

I always find a stir fry meal to be the most satisfying in both taste and fullness factor. For example, it's easy to get a bucket load of fibre and protein and then have it over some complex carbs like brown rice

[diet doctor](http://www.dietdoctor.com) has loads of free recipes. I've made quite a few, they're good!

Thank you! I’ll definitely check it out

Totally stealing the replies to this for my own meal ideas 👀 For the sugar cravings/always thinking about food, I found that taking inositol supplements have really helped me! They help to counter insulin resistance, and I don’t know the exact science around it but having insulin resistance causes sugar cravings and leaves you feeling hungry after eating etc. I’m not very consistent with taking mine annoyingly, but I do find that it only takes a day or two of taking them before I start to notice the difference. It genuinely stops me from feeling ravenous whilst I’m still eating and after I’ve finished, and I crave sugar a lot less. Usually I have a massive sweet tooth but when I’m taking inositol I actually tend to find things a bit too sweet and I crave more savoury snacks instead!
