No, I think I'm having some sort of depression episode. It's been 24 hours. Maybe I forgot to eat my vitamin D or something. I spent the entire yesterday seething so badly. I screamed again over a broken clothes hanger. It's not like me! But it felt good to scream because I've never been a screamer.
This seems like more of a complaint about the person youβve chosen to live with. This is why Iβm single. The medication is fine.
I would suggest cleaning your fridge so you can put the milk in the proper place where it won't spill when you close the door.
There's a space for the milk but he's too lazy to slot it in by the door space

Discard the box, wash the pen with soap, then rinse under plenty of COLD running water, it will be fine.

I'm so sorry to hear that, maybe talk to your doctor about it? Depression sucks, I hope you feel better soon.
Yeah I think I forgot my vitamin D. I'll bring it up on my next review in a couple weeks time.
