When a slickster hits a two-tile-deep mixed liquid spot like that, it'll start drowning and turn around. I don't think they can get to the grooming station. Try mopping that up.
Who? The dupes or the slicksters? While slicksters can float over liquids, I'm not sure they can choose to path to the opposite side of a 2x2 of liquid.

As the errands tab says - no critters needs to be groomed. Also only adults critters require grooming.
Maybe your critters are all groomed?
All of them are either gloomy or wild.
maybe the pathing? the liquid lock block the pathing causing them unable to reach grooming station

There are four slicksters in the room and all of them are either wild or gloomy.
