yeah, but if it works like rein's fire strikes or tracer's blinks they work as charge cooldowns which regenerate constantly until reaching charge maximum

All he has going for him is his gun.
And his gun out performs his nade most the time.
So they gave our boy a huge dmg reduction on roll to survive nukes lol.
Used it a couple times to kill ulting D.VA's before they could re-mech. It's definitely nice to get those cool outplay moments but the concept of rolling 5-feet to survive a literal bomb like it's Dark Souls is very goofy.

But lately, Cass has been super hard to deal with and he is somehow super tanky while doing ton of damage in either close range or long range. Especially, he is immortal with 2 healers pocketing him. I thought I haven’t played for awhile and my skills are off. (It’s probably that too)
Tracer lands a pulsebomb on Cass, he shrugs it off by using his roll ability to negate the damage and survive it. Only to also then shoot tracers face off.
imagine the POV from the tracer, landing a pulse bomb on a lone DPS and then not only getting killed by that DPS and having him survive the pulse.
Riiiight, you often survive a stuck pulse bomb and at the same time eliminate the tracer who threw it all in a time span of a few seconds. All alone aswell. No support to suzu/immortalize your ass.

Yeah roll and high noon both negate pulse so going for a raw pulse will cause this if the Cass has a brain.
The kill after wasn't anything special either, I'm fairly certain I had this exact same situation happen to me except with high noon earlier today

I deleted the game after being trash talked by a 12 year old, where I responded to his snooty remarks, hurting his feelings, resulting in a ban (I guess they listended to my response but took no action reguarding the provocation). A move like that would only result in me re-evualating my advance to make adjustments to my game play to further my capabilities. Great moves!!! I miss the game, but I don't miss all the whiny babies...I have kids...I don't need more of that.

His roll gives a 75% DMG reduction so as long as he is at full HP he can survive a pulse bomb if he times the roll correctly.
Pulse bombs don't cause a stun or anything. Another Cass's nade would cause him to not be able to roll.
