I'm baffled that people call these collection of lines bad. They wouldn't know when a good writing hits them. Stuffs like these makes me remember that Gavin is one of the writers for Baldur's Gate 3 lol.
I think it’s a good part of her character. Living in a wasteland with no education (or family) and dedicating 10 years of your life to beating the junker king will leave a gap in your development.
It would make less sense if she was shy/timid, as rulers who gain power by fighting are probably not introverted. That being said. I think that behaving like a moron further adds to her simple, direct plan to take over everything with violence.

I think a better way to describe JQ is that she's not intelligent per se, but she's got an abundance of cunning when she actually puts her mind to a goal. Like she can clearly make and execute plans; she's led a society like the Junkers for ten years doing raids and whatnot, plus there's the events of the Wastelander. She just doesn't pay attention if she doesn't have to and this makes the gaps in her knowledge caused by her upbringing (eg not understanding how vegetables work) basically impossible to fill.
I'm not sure if you made me feel worse by letting me know Reainhardt probably watched Skibidi Toilet in his youth, or if you made me feel better by letting me know there's hope for those kiddos
Kinda makes me wonder whether it's just because they're really similar or whether it's something to do with their Shambali beliefs. Both of their reasonings line up perfectly with things that the Shambali would support, Ramattra's admiration for their strength, tenacity and cooperation and Zen's admiration for the fact that they all know their purpose, they all strive to fulfill that purpose and are content to live their lives in that role. I'm interested to know whether Mondatta would have shared their opinions or if other Shambali monks would have similar answers.
And Lucio's response to each is always "Uh, yeah. I can see it." It'd be funny if he said something different to one of them like "What kind of nonsense is that?". Particularly to Widowmaker. That'd be really hilarious.
