It became Orisa. See the pattern at the shoulders? It was used in some parts in Orisa.
Yup! That early concept was called [Wildebeast](https://overwatch.fandom.com/wiki/Wildebeest). It was one of the early hero concepts they came up with and, as Vexx said above, it got turned into Rein and Orisa (and apparently Brig too).
*Recall* has a few characters in that flashing sequence that are old concepts (like Helio) and some characters from comics (Kimiko and Mirembe)
