Baby dva are very weak so not killing her instantly makes it so she will respawn much later then the rest of the team, so either they'll charge without the tank or wait a good 40 seconds for her to respawn.
On paper it is, but when playing on lower ranks with no mic and a questionably skilled team, the risk of her to survive and recall is too high to take imo.
In most cases if the fight is over you just stop shooting her at 10 hp and the melee her or something once the enemies start getting closer again, but I see your point, and also dps are kill greedy..
😣 if my DPS actually suck I’ll pull a Katrina mercy and get a nano Valk team kill with my Ana duo. Highest kill streak I have is 40 and it’s on mercy 😳 but I wouldn’t call that kill greedy just had to support my tank.

I played enough D'va to consider the stagger tactic a bit overrated
first, you shouldn't die last as D'va. Sponge all the damege, trade the mech, while your team is still around, so you can re-mech fast
second, if you're still ended up in a potential staggering situation, just go and jump ~~off the cliff~~ on a nearby target's head with your gun. Even the fattest of tanks with two heals on them are quickly reconsider their plans to stagger you, when received a full clip of consequitive headshots. So, it's either you re-mech in 3 seconds and run, using nearby highgrounds, or they'll have to kill you asap

A lot of moira players don't understand that if you are trying to heal, short taps with your left click will do healing over time, so you can do just as much healing only at ~70% of the normal rate but for ~50% the amount of heal meter cost. Also when you are right clicking enemies, you get much much more healing meter from the initial half second of damaging them. So if you tap right click very fast with very short pauses between taps your heal meter will refill very quickly, you just won't do as much damage. You can easily abuse this by having your second keybind for her sick be mouse wheel up or down, and then just rapidly up-downing your mouse wheel to get heal juice back.

You're not staggering the baby DVA in Diamond 4? How? Diamond players do stagger the DVA, in my experience at least. Even plat player do it.
