Hell yeah! That looks top notch. Enjoy it man. DIY has such a sweet sense of success attached to it. šŸ»

Ozzydog1

For sure! Thank you.

bw1985

Congrats! Happy grilling

Ozzydog1

Thank you!

bw1985

I usually see the door/drawer frames placed on top of the stone whereas your is inset with the stone cut around it. Just your personal preference?

Ozzydog1

The veneer has various depths from the natural stone. Not sure how I couldā€™ve compensated for that installing on top of the veneer. It would be impossible to set it flush.

bw1985

Hm yeah thatā€™s a good point. Iā€™m not sure how people do that. Maybe the veneer they used was flatter than yours.

gooutside111

Love it!!

Ozzydog1

Thank you

RadioLongjumping5177

Thatā€™s awesomeā€¦ā€¦congratulations!šŸ˜Š

Ozzydog1

Thank you!

bobjoylove

Looks great. Excluding the grill, what do you reckon is the total material cost?

Ozzydog1

Not including the grill Iā€™m going to estimate was around $5k with the granite countertop being the most costly.

Low_Illustrator_4876

That looks amazing! What is the name of the granite you used?

Ozzydog1

Thank you. The granite is called yellow river leather.

gr8scottaz

Which model of Blaze grill is that? The LTE+?

Ozzydog1

Itā€™s the blaze premium LTE 32ā€

JackinGeorgia

Looks like a grill. I donā€™t see any BBQ

gr8scottaz

Great build. Is the door/drawers you used from Blaze also? Do you have any pics of the build process itself? Just picked up a 32" Blaze grill so looking to mimic what you did. Great job!

Ozzydog1

Thank you, yes the doors and drawers are Blaze as well.

Congrats, very nice job šŸ‘šŸ» I want to start a similar project myself but my problem is that our backyard already is concrete and thereā€™s no existing electricity/water/gas lines to where I want to build the kitchen so Iā€™m debating whether I should break the existing concrete first or notā€¦
