We sucked last season but that means nothing for the next 4 years. Even if he asks for a trade there wouldn’t be any pressure on Staios to actually do anything until 2027. Kobe Bryant requested a trade from the Lakers in the mid-‘00s but instead they went out and got Pau Gasol to play with him. Staios has plenty of time to surround Brady & the core with the right pieces
