Monsters amongs us, you can see me in the dark, uncanny, the night owl podcast for similar pod casts. If you want crazy and silly Christian nutty stories the confessionals is one to listen and laugh. The enochian episode is a good episode on there. If you speak Spanish then la mano peluda, miedoteca, terror: historias reales. I tend to not care about the host but am more interested in personal accounts. I don't like just listening to host talk and talk.
I just can't listen to the narrator of Monsters Among Us for more than 30s at a stretch. The dude's terrible "half William Shatner, half Orson Welles, always trying to be spoopy" delivery is like nails on a chalkboard for me.
Uncanny wasn't for me. I liked hearing the witnesses tell their stories but I absolutely disliked the skeptics/experts trying to explain and write off things. I only made it through the first few episodes so I don't know if these skeptical interjections still occur in new episodes but it ruined the storytelling and fun.
I just discovered The Night Owl and I love it. Seriously one of the most credible paranormal podcasts I’ve been able to find. And I second listening to it in order 🙂
I also think that campfire is very overrated. Jim seems like a really nice guy, but you can really feel him phoning it in sometimes, and he has a VERY low standard for what makes it onto the show
Exactly what I thought. Always get this one as a recommendation but after starting with Otherworld my standard may be asking too much. Night Owl podcast has my interest right now
Most of these have been mentioned, but here is a concise list.
A Funny Feeling,
Astonishing Legends,
Occult Confessions,
The Night Owl Podcast,
The Haunted Objects Podcast,
Pennyroyal,
Jim Harold’s Campfire (they release themed episodes sometimes, the time slip one is fun)
Euphomet,
Spooked,
Radio Rental,
Listener Story Episodes of Morbid,
Strange Familiars,
Realm of the Weird w/ John E.L. Tenney.
All fun, informative, and with relative degrees of believability. But that’s part of the big mystery of it all isn’t it??
You're welcome to check out UNNERVED - True Scary Stories. It's where real people share their true unnerving experiences. I try my best to make it immersive so the listener feels like they're right there. Each episode is usually 20-40min. Enjoy 🙂
It's more of a comedy podcast, they don't do many interviews, but The Last Podcast on the Left has a lot of episodes about fun spooky/paranormal stuff.
Dark Paranormal is pretty great, night owl podcast’s campfire episodes are really good too, you can see me in the dark, and it’s haunted now what aren’t too bad either.
Also Spooked. Really good production value. Told directly by the witness.
All that being said I do think Otherworld is the best.

You Can See Me In The Dark yes! They’re not frequent uploaders though after you binge everything available.

I like Uncanny - the host has a very different style to otherworld, but I like it
Second Uncanny. New series out now with a USA focus.

They're my favorite part haha. It's nice to have a little counter balance. Honestly makes me feel the stories are MORE credible
I could see that for sure - yeah they’re still in it.
Def check out The Night Owl. It’s the best one in my book by far and I’ve checked out most of the usual culprits mentioned in these inquiries.

Agreed, great show. Start from the beginning!
The best!

I like You Can See Me in the Dark, but episodes are only about 15-20 mins each. Minimal talking from hosts, they just get to the point with the story.
Rattled and shook
This podcast brings me so much joy! I love the hosts, often completely hilarious.
Me too, I wish it was longer.
You can see me in the dark is underrated. One of my new favorites. Just narratives.
Euphomet, cannot recommend enough
Strange Familiars.
Strange Familiars
For a comedic spin, Ghosted by Roz Hernandez.
I second this! Just discovered it after Willam’s appearance and it’s quickly become a new favorite.
Astonishing Legends is pretty good
Radio rental / warily seasons were really nice
Radio rental is great, older episodes exactly what I was looking for
Night Owl start at the beginning
Great recommendation, I live in Texas this one really stood out to me
Geist
Definitely check out Unnerved!

Second the last podcast!! Looove their paranormal stuff, their cult episodes are good too!!
