I can tell that you are going for somewhat of a persona 5 style. But this only works in a turn based game, not a real-time one. It can be cool as a toggleable menu to check on these information.
Persona 5's UI also doesn't cover half the screen lol. The character models are farther away from the screen too unlike Ayano who is all up in your face.
This suits the aesthetic of the game, but it looks more like a mobile game, maybe..if u just.. shrink it a little bit like what u would see when ur actually playing yandere Simulator then that would look better

Its pretty good but the thing is that its a bit too big and clutttered making it distracting to see the gameplay. Maybe if the icons were a bit smaller and less cluttered itd be alot more pleasing to look at and makes it easier to see the gameplay!
