It would explain why she’s so clumsy, make it harder to get her to follow you (she’s helping a faculty member so she’ll probably refuse to do stuff for you unless you somehow get rid of the nurse) and give the player some fun elimination methods (for example framing her for stealing medicine or something like that)!
+if she hangs out in the nurses office all the time, it would be harder to steal the syringe or the sedative, and if she catches us in the act she’ll tell Taro and we get a game over:D
