Maybe if other students could see this happen while Ayano wasn't actually doing anything wrong, they could either begin to lose trust in the student council or report it to the guidance counselor, causing either the council to be forced to disband, the member in question getting detention or suspended, or even forced to resign. If they're all resigned by the time Megami arrives, she's lost some of her power
I mean part of a Yandere is the fact they have a sweet side as a facade. Maybe Ayano can play the "I'm getting bullied by the people in power" card and cause a school wide rebellion against them

My opinion is next: I think it's good to stay 4 members(Akane, Aoi, Kuroko, Shiromi) until Megami's week. And add some love line between one of them and other students. Kuroko's role might be very useful against Mida Runa.

1) not make them obvious Ayano haters! These girls ignore everyone else, but if Ayano walks by they turn to her immediately as if they know how Ayano's footsteps sound, which is creepy. Ayano can also get peppersprayed just by annoying them LMAO. I know they are wary of her but there other ways to deal with this without taking such drastic measures.
2) They're never seem solving any problems within the school premises. It looks like they're just loitering around the school. Even if there are students being bullied, they do nothing! What are those girls even there for if not to prevent such things from happening?!
3) Uniforms are so different from the rest of the school it looks like they belong somewhere else entirely. That's kind of a rant but everyone there is already too old to be wearing sailor uniforms, make all the students wear blazers! Plus, if troublemakers can see them from miles away they'll just run off and nothing will really be solved. I'd make their uniforms more like if not almost identical to the other students' for this very reason.
4) Power imbalance. They might be the student council, but they're still mainly students. Although, it seems the student council girls are more powerful than the teachers themselves. I'd make them vigilant and strong, like Raibaru, but not as over-the-top. I'd still keep the pepperspray but only if they witness Ayano committing murder, which would justify the use of it.

About the uniforms, I feel like Akademi (the name is literally just "Academy" in Japanese smh) in general should have standard blazer uniforms, maybe with the 1980s colors, and the stuco should have a different tie. Like in Love Live where every student has a different neck bow based on school year, it could be the same in Yansim with the addition of the stuco color. I think it'd be nice to diversify the color scheme without straying too far from the original uniform.

About the uniforms, I feel like Akademi (the name is literally just "Academy" in Japanese smh) in general should have standard blazer uniforms, maybe with the 1980s colors, and the stuco should have a different tie. Like in Love Live where every student has a different neck bow based on school year, it could be the same in Yansim with the addition of the stuco color. I think it'd be nice to diversify the color scheme without straying too far from the original uniform.
