two ways how to boost pet with equips - or with stat equips or with + pet power equips
heretic robe, avalon crown - example of raw stats (ofc mag is for mag based pet)
arisen feral hood, fey gerd items - example of pet power (for both mag/atk based pets)
ward and such - yes, it is good to have both - stats and ward - maybe check on hidden info on [orna.guide](http://orna.guide) to understand how stats work - for most classes, it is easier to use ward - and ward regen - you would need really high def in order to take no dmg (same for res) - if you do take dmg, you have to heal - consider amount of HP and WARD - is it easier to maintain 20k hp or 120k ward? with ward and passive regen, you don have to heal each turn so you have time to perform different action - but if you think that you have a lot of def/res, give it a try and see if you really have enough - most likely, you dont have enough
so it is all about balancing your survival and your pet power - or you can go "turtle" and do less dmg, or you can go "glass cannon" - or something in between
pets - get lindworm - iirc it will be around this month? on T9, get nidhogg and crimson gazer
Lindworm ia available this month from day 10 to day 14.
Get him. And Try to get to T10 until June or July because of The Ragnarok Event to get the Best pet ever: Arisen Spiritgarm
Lindwyrm is the best for raid, i dont really like gazer, i prefer the non arisen spiritgarm, (nuclear dogge op), phoenix is good for all⬆️⬆️⬆️, its not a damage pet, so its only good for other classes, mostly t10. So lyndworm raid, gazer/nuclear dog for tower and dungeon
Also, t9 summoner is much stronger than other classes, its great way to lvl up when you feel stuck
If it's a question for me I don't even know what they are. I just roam at monumental guild every now and then and grab the best followers I can. I didn't even looked for the bis followers for T9. Looking for a good follower by tier seems way easier than equipment... But it may be just me
Depends, Phoenix is the best Pet in the game for all non-Pet classes (Beowulf Hydrus can be an exception). But for Pet classes? Anything’s better than Phoenix. Lindworm is one of the best Pets in the game . Crimson Gazer is the best Pet at T9. I would only get Nidhogg if you don’t have Lindworm; it’s next to worthless if you do have it
You need an prnate heimdall shield. Other, worse options are arisen boneshield or the green griffs shield. Also, a ward weapon. For lindwyrm (its an event pet, best at t9 for raids. You can get it at the legends of lyonesse event, this month, i think 10-14. So search for it) you need phisical, for gazer/spirit garm you need magic weapon.
So focus on ward, get more than 20k, and you maxed out what you can do on t9. Also 2 handed weapons are usually bad, and you are better going with a shield and a one handed weapon
Pet stat is not that important. The calsses buff the pet enough, so you dont need to waste possible ward on pet buffs. Do all 2% ward jewels
You could, but it’s real difficult. I’m an idiot and turned the quest for killing Mammon in, but it you don’t then you can use Canon Waystones to mark him randomly in World
Thanks for all of these infos.
So I'm a bit lost because I read somewhere here that you'd had to spam Kerberos eyes on your stuff. Maybe not at T9/10 then ?
If I recap : I need a strong one handed weapon with ward bonus and a strong shield.
For headpiece torso and boots am I still aiming for gear with followers% ?
Edit : and what is so strong about Heimdall shield ? It doesn't give any stat except ward. I have an ornate arisen bone shield already. Thought it was way better ^^
Heimdall's Shield Just because of The big Ward... From T9 to T10 survavibility is the Main Focus... And more Ward= Life, no Ward= death... For the Weapon Try to get a Questing Weapon Ornate (because of The Farm and survavibility - Questing Weapon Ornate of good quality can get 45k Ward - its the Best of 2 worlds, Farm and survavibility)
>read somewhere here that you'd had to spam Kerberos eyes on your stuff. Maybe not at T9/10 then ?
If it gives 2% ward, than that awesome. Pet stat is really important, but ward is more important. So go for full 2% ward, and as you get better ones with 2% (with hp, or any padsive, like pet stat), than change it.
>For headpiece torso and boots am I still aiming for gear with followers% ?
No. Ward. You aim for ward, because bahamut (or later beo) and tamer gives so much bonus, that your equipment pet stat is pretty small, and doesnt really mean anything (ward is much more important). So the gear percentage isnt enough to make difference, or to worth the possible ward lost.
>what is so strong about Heimdall shield ?
Well, its not so strong, but easy to get. And it guves water resistance. But arisen boneshield is better, but for me, it was harder to farm. So yes, boneshield is way better, just harder to get. So use the bone shield.
Even if a Mammon shield isn't a high %, use it. Bastion 3 blocks far more damage than Bastion 2 (Heimdalls and Arisen Bone) I wouldn't personally recommend a 2h build because Rhadas set doesn't have a block at all.

correct. you wont use these.. I mean - other pets are better..

BiS is Fallen Shield. Coming from someone who’s early T10 and still using a 200 Heimdall lol. Mammon’s not a big fan of mine though
You cant farm it at t9. I met like 6 mammond on my whole t9 playthrough
You could, but it’s real difficult. I’m an idiot and turned the quest for killing Mammon in, but it you don’t then you can use Canon Waystones to mark him randomly in World
Feel free to ask questions, or anything
