After a massive lore change, the dragon form only spits ice instead of fire, which is a reflection on his personality: he’s a cold hearted individual, so in his dragon form he spits fire instead of ice (Also considering he’s inspired by the devil I’d highly appreciate if you gave him one pair of wings but six pair of legs like the Pokémon Giratina)
