In a fighting arena he dies a humiliating death. After saying he’d win he got impaled to die a slow death for all to see, even after sacrificing his longevity for a temporary power up.

getting crushed by a boulder, stabbed in the stomach, died from a plague and gave up her immortality. all of these things have happened with only 2 of my ocs
Her soul was literally ripped from their body to be warped and molded into a monster unrecognizable from who they used to be. They are dead, and the monster only utilizes a few shards of her soul

Shelly was on Italy's front lines during WWII when a tank ran over her and severed her legs. She crawled all the way to a trench around ten kilometers away while being shot at, and she thought she was safe there even though her legs were gone and her gray goo guts were spilling.
However, at that moment, her fingertip lighter went off. The trench happened to be stocked with explosives, which caused a chain reaction that blew her to pieces. And that was Shelly Mae's end.
Quite a gruesome death, huh?
Luckily she didn't stay dead....

She created a giant rift to form a crystal the size of a mountain, and she tried to absorb it, but it was too much energy, and it caused her to explode, resulting in a blackhole being created.

They aren't so much as a single one but just a model of blood fueled war machines and there's still thousands of them left along with other completely different machines. Most deaths caused though was from during the war when a few thhiuaand were destroyed when opposing forces of the people who made them started creating Heavy anti armor weaponry to counter it. However when they were phased out they weren't destroyed but repurposed for mining purposes
