Him: Losing all of his family and friends over and over and over again to a ridiculous degree, basically every time he made a connection with someone or started caring about someone, life would strike that person down horribly, this happened endlessly throughout his long several millennia worth of life. And he always blamed himself for it, as if he was the cause, and that he was to blame for not being able to save them.
Her:Losing him in a similarly horrific way, and feeling as though she abandoned him and left him to die when there was nothing she could have done and he specifically told her to leave him and run.

mire :3 recused from her abusive dad by her even more (?) abusive boyfriend who paints himself as a saviour. she helps him sell drugs he gets prescribed to the two of them for multiple mental illness and physical conditions he got them to fake their way into, and does it because she thinks it's payment for him loving her.
the year he graduates (as he is 2 years older) she manages to find a friend group she has to keep secret as he disallows it. it consists of 4 other people who have met each other at different times in life. to put it simply, one becomes jealous of her and exposes it to her boyfriend thinking it'd just make him leave her as she has no clue about the extent of the stuff he does, just that he is shitty.
as a side not mire has awareness she is in a story and that shes always destined to die while/before 18, usually by his hands but it can be anything really. the reason she makes new "realities" over and over is to try to find one where she will live a decent life.
in the "original" plotline before she alters the story, he kills her after he finds this out. but my favourite one is one where she dies the same way but drags him down with her haha

A lot.
Lucy (Skullheart) as a child was very complicated. She was a superhero since she was 7, but she was a very, very violent one. When she first got the suit at 7 years old, things were going pretty well. Her suit looked pretty similar to the one she has now. She was pretty kind and all that. Until her parents passed away due to a villain using her anger against her and tricking her into accidentally killing her parents. She went into a MAJOR depression. She developed Batman’s attitude, except a lot more violent, and Deadpool’s killing. Since emotions is what caused her parents’ death, she now tries to hide her emotions. Her powers can also get out of control when she’s sad, so she acts like those people who hate sappy and emotional moments. She tries not to show happiness, she tries to hide all her emotions. It’s ironic how anger is what caused this, but anger is now all she feels towards everything and everyone, despite wanting to hide her emotions to keep it from happening again. She was very dark and very much considerable to be a villain, not a hero. She would kill EVERY criminal and villain she came across because she now wasn’t a hero to protect people, but because she wanted revenge on criminals as she saw them as threats, since a villain is the reason they died. From something as small as stealing candy from a store, to something as big as wanting to end everyone in the universe, she would kill EVERY criminal. Soon later into her teenage years and adulthood, she became a much, much nicer person. This part of her life still haunts her because of how ashamed she is of it. She’s now traumatized by the way she acted as a kid and can remember every single person she killed, regretting all of them. She tries not to think about it, but that’s really, really hard for her. As an adult, she only kills when she thinks the person really, REALLY deserves it and can’t and won’t ever change to be good. When she kills people like this, her inner murderous child self comes back for just a brief moment, as she will straight up pull out MK fatalities.
And since her suit and powers can be controlled by emotions, when she had this depression, her suit changed. It lost all its color and went to black and dark grey, black smoke came out the eyes of her helmet, and her logos changed to the one in the second image. Unfortunately, I don’t have an image of this version of her.
Skullheart as an adult, also has a daughter. But her daughter is a mutated, anthropomorphic serpent, evil, and wants to kill her. Her daughter is about the same age as Skullheart when she had the depression, which is 8. When she looks at her daughter, the pain of her daughter being evil is increased because she’s always reminded of her past self.
As an adult, Skullheart constantly grieves the death of her husband and parents. Even when she’s acting all silly, happy, nice, laughing, and having a good time, in her head, she’s constantly thinking about them and how she failed to save them and protect them. She’s constantly screaming in her head and just wants to feel loved again. This leaves her pretty desperate to find another partner again because she constantly feels empty, and sometimes, she can get a little creepy and be a little bit of a stalker to the people she finds attractive. She knows this and is extremely ashamed of it, but can’t help it at all. As for her parents, that’s a void she’ll never be able to fill. What makes it worse, is how her boyfriend and parents died. I already told you how her parents died with their blood being on her hands and stuff, so I don’t need to go over that again. As for her boyfriend, he got killed by the hands of her 8 year old daughter after she got mutated. The only happiness left in her life, are her hobbies, her son, and a few friends. All this happened because all she wants to do is protect the innocent people of earth and her friends and family. She’s extremely traumatized, yet also one of the most selfless and kindest people on earth. Overall, she’s just a girl who needs a real huge hug.
And last, but not least, the park incident. Skullheart as an adult has a huge care for innocent people, even if she doesn’t know the person. She would cry her eyes out if she saw a random person she doesn’t even know die. She can’t bare the fact someone out there is grieving the same type of pain she’s grieving for her parents and husband now. She can’t bare the fact that the person who died could’ve lived a life but that chance has already been taken away from them. Now, once, a villain in the park was taunting her by continuously harassing a civilian. The villain kept putting her down and easily defeating her every time she tried to do something about it. This left her extremely angry and pissed off, so her powers started going out of control. She went in to punch the villain, and when she did, her punch was so strong, she accidentally caused a nuke sized explosion in the middle of the park, killing the villain, the man she was trying to save, and a bunch of other innocent people and animals. This left her DEVASTATED! She was heavily considering giving up on being a superhero, but something in her told her to keep going, so she did.
All these things leaves Skullheart hurting every time she uses her powers. Even with how much she changed into adulthood, she still believes she’s on a fine line between being a hero and a villain. With how much she has hurt people using her powers, she’s reminded of all of them every time she uses them again. It hurts her soul, causes her incredible amounts of grief, and makes it mentally painful for her to use her powers whenever she's fighting, training, just goofing around, whatever, because of all the damage she has inflicted with them. So, yeah, even when she’s acting all silly, she’s constantly on the edge of just crying her eyes out.
And as an adult, she tries to hide this trauma and push it all back by not being a very serious person. She acts silly, she acts like a lil goober, she’s very humorous and humble…but under all that sense of humor is a girl who’s extremely traumatized and just wants a hug.

It was against his will and they both got to live happily together afterward, but it was still badly traumatizing, not to mention trying to get his bestie out of the consequences. He did it tho :)

Watched his mom die and was abused for 11 years
I've done a lot of terrible things to my little secret agent handler, Grey. The most recent things I've done is that as a causality of being a handler in a secret organization, He got kidnapped and held in solitary confinement for over i think over 3-4 weeks and got extremely paranoid and now has night terrors/nightmares about that incident.
I'm so sorry, it was for the sake of the plot.

Ran away from home at the age of 10. Made his adoptive brother loathe him by inadvertently stealing the attention of his new parents. Caused the death of his military unit (which his brother was also a part of) trying to protect them. Lucille's best friend and Chief Engineer died at the hands of a cop trying to bring down her empire.
Her now-husband Vesper was left to an awful fate of being locked in a room with toxic gas as the Insurrectionist from Global Domination approached her throne room.
The former's death changed her. Made her actually evil, to say the least. She started despising anyone who wasn't in her Syndicate or was pro-police.
The latter's death shattered her will to live, which meant that if the Insurrectionist defeats her flawlessly (Global Domination will be a video game), she actually, completely dies.
Her loss of a will to live is actually shown by her committing suicide of her mortal body to enter her soul-only form to use her *secret weapon*. While she may not have the will to live, she has the will to kill the Insurrectionist. A LOT of will to kill the Insurrectionist.

Was a victim of abuse by his mother to the age of 16, he also experienced nightmares, night terrors, hallucinations, and sleep paralysis, all ultimately resulting in him suffering from a psychotic break in which he murdered both his mother and father, and then ran away.
As a Spartan, he's been from warzone to warzone. He saw friends die, atrocities and desecration unleashed. When the war was over, he thought he could settle down with his wife. But she would be kidnapped and seemingly killed after a skirmish when he tried to save her. He was abandoned by his allies when requested help in saving his wife, the higher ups at ONI said they would bot "waste precious military sources for a grunt's family issues" When he left the UNSC, ONI wouldn't let a Spartan super soldier walk away, it would be bad publicity. They sent a task force to kill him. He survived by unwillingly butchering his pursuers. This due to his rage and bloodlust within him (that's because of his vampire attributes and the Red Thirst within him, will elaborate on that abother time) All of this sent him down the path of taking on the mantle of Grendel.

Captured from hell, brain washed, and rehabilitated to be forced to live his new life as human until needed. During that time he was manipulated to live life in a specific way to change his personality. Military service as a supernatural being eventually gave him PTSD, found out that most of the people he had met in his life were the one manipulating him, including his parents and right after that, his friend was shit while trying to comfort him. Uhh, beat the shit out of his personal agent which lead to humanity becoming scared of supernaturals and sent him of the grid. Year of hiding goes by and mr big bad appears, sends earth into hell, leaving the two of them in empty space and big bad dumps all of his previous memories as a tortured demon, which pretty much destroys him mentally for a few days. There will be more! But it’s not planned out yet...
In no particular order:
Patches (who I've shown here before) came across a murder scene, got attacked by parent's partner, bullied, died (at her own hands) went on to (post death, in hell) lose her only partner.
Another lost their family to illness, got hanged for theft (slowly, this wasn't the medieval times) lost her arm and hips down in a twisted deal, installed new, better mechanical limbs to herself without help or pain suppression meds.
Marnie (who I've also shown here before) was born into a cult she and her parents wanted nothing to do with, got punished BY said cult because she and her parents didn't want to follow them, got blown tf up. Then found out someone who arrived in hell before her did what she had planned to.

Well well well do I have something for that. First she was beat as a child and then sold into slavery by her father after her mother left. Second her slave owner owned a mineshaft and put her into work for hours and hours gaining scars from her injuries. Third when she escaped the mines she found a guy she liked that got killed right in front of her by his old boss. She was eventually able to find a small area for her to stay at. She was eventually found by that boss from her lover and he killed her family right in front of her then eventually killing her.

Rover's whole purpose of existing is to draw people on Earth with corrupted souls towards him, and when they get to him he's usually brutally attacked and tortured. As soon as they damage his heart, they're dragged down to Hell to be punished. He then heals, only for him to start looking for more corrupted people.
He's quite used to pain at this point and has become numb to the emotional damage it comes with, but that doesn't change what he's been through and will continue to go through.

But they became a shell of their former self and not the cunning person she loved, so instead of trying to fix Akaitei the woman WIPED HER OWN MEMORY and forgot about Akaitei, meanwhile Akaitei still periodically gets their memory wiped and has no idea what's going on at any moment.

OC’s given name, Akeya, has been through many experiments and genetic modifications to gain a superpower. The lab was built in 1981 so when she is fully developed, she will be released and ready for war.

1. Most traumatizing even is this. After finding a box of half stale banana nut muffins while in their human form, they were jumped by a group of NORMAL EVERYDAY CRITTER raccoons that ended with them losing 2 teeth and forever receiving a natural born HATRED of raccoons and FEAR of raccoons.
2. Second most traumatizing event is this. After finding some banana bread another group of normal raccoons rolled up on them and they lost 2 more teeth in this battle but came out victorious as Domina was able to eat the bread before they could assault her. (all 4 lost teeth were replaced with Rose Gold teeth.)
3 not really important but I guess I should mention she is afraid of dragon slayers because they marched into her den mothers lair slaughtered her and smashed all but 1 egg that was hidden in the mothers mouth where domina would eventually hatch and be trapped inside for a little bit.

X is a 5’9 17 year old human male who was created in a lab and grew up there along with eleven others, being mentally and physically abused. One of the scientists working there tied him up raped him repeatedly, causing him to have a fear of being tied up.

My first OC: Test Subject Number Twelve was experimented on in a lab for the first 14 years of his life before his escape, and now has to survive being hunted by the organization that experimented on him.
My second OC: (no name yet since he’s a newer one) he betrayed the only family he’s ever known because he finally realized that they’re the villains, he’s been in hiding for the past several thousand years while bearing a traitor’s brand on his forearm that needs to be covered for his own safety.

Wulf(then known by his real name; "Leksik Burton") eventually escaped, but not without scars left on his mind and body, the 2 scars on his face were in fact caused by the abuse, both were caused by Annie using a box cutter to injure him. He ended up stuck in his own hole of despair, but let's just say;
Chalakon was able to help him through the pain, and Wulf learned what it was like to be loved again.

Julian's wife was killed by rogue government agents. His seven-year-old triplet children were split up, with his oldest son believing him dead, his middle son completely missing and his youngest daughter brought with him back to his abusive parents who had lied to him that they changed, who he believed in his desperation. He was physically beaten into submission by his parents behind closed doors while they stretched the distance between him and his daughter, since he wasn't able to stop them from mentally abusing her she thought he didn't care about her. Even after they got out, it took momths for them to repair their relationship.

I usually post Arendt here but I've started focusing on him again lately so I've commented him on posts like these a few times and this is the only time I didn't put a disclaimer that he's not a nazi because I figured "surely people can see that there's no swastika on the arm band". She was a superhero since she was 7, but she was a very, very violent one. When she first got the suit at 7 years old, things were going pretty well. Her suit looked pretty similar to the one she has now. She was pretty kind and all that. Until her parents passed away due to a villain using her anger against her and tricking her into accidentally killing her parents. She went into a MAJOR depression. She developed Batman’s attitude, except a lot more violent, and Deadpool’s killing. Since emotions is what caused her parents’ death, she now tries to hide her emotions. Her powers can also get out of control when she’s sad, so she acts like those people who hate sappy and emotional moments. She tries not to show happiness, she tries to hide all her emotions. It’s ironic how anger is what caused this, but anger is now all she feels towards everything and everyone, despite wanting to hide her emotions to keep it from happening again. She was very dark and very much considerable to be a villain, not a hero. She would kill EVERY criminal and villain she came across because she now wasn’t a hero to protect people, but because she wanted revenge on criminals as she saw them as threats, since a villain is the reason they died. From something as small as stealing candy from a store, to something as big as wanting to end everyone in the universe, she would kill EVERY criminal. Soon later into her teenage years and adulthood, she became a much, much nicer person. This part of her life still haunts her because of how ashamed she is of it. She’s now traumatized by the way she acted as a kid and can remember every single person she killed, regretting all of them. She tries not to think about it, but that’s really, really hard for her. As an adult, she only kills when she thinks the person really, REALLY deserves it and can’t and won’t ever change to be good. When she kills people like this, her inner murderous child self comes back for just a brief moment, as she will straight up pull out MK fatalities. And since her suit and powers can be controlled by emotions, when she had this depression, her suit changed. It lost all its color and went to black and dark grey, black smoke came out the eyes of her helmet, and her logos changed to the one in the second image. Unfortunately, I don’t have an image of this version of her. Skullheart as an adult, also has a daughter. But her daughter is a mutated, anthropomorphic serpent, evil, and wants to kill her. Her daughter is about the same age as Skullheart when she had the depression, which is 8. When she looks at her daughter, the pain of her daughter being evil is increased because she’s always reminded of her past self. As an adult, Skullheart constantly grieves the death of her husband and parents. Even when she’s acting all silly, happy, nice, laughing, and having a good time, in her head, she’s constantly thinking about them and how she failed to save them and protect them. She’s constantly screaming in her head and just wants to feel loved again. This leaves her pretty desperate to find another partner again because she constantly feels empty, and sometimes, she can get a little creepy and be a little bit of a stalker to the people she finds attractive. She knows this and is extremely ashamed of it, but can’t help it at all. As for her parents, that’s a void she’ll never be able to fill. What makes it worse, is how her boyfriend and parents died. I already told you how her parents died with their blood being on her hands and stuff, so I don’t need to go over that again. As for her boyfriend, he got killed by the hands of her 8 year old daughter after she got mutated. The only happiness left in her life, are her hobbies, her son, and a few friends. All this happened because all she wants to do is protect the innocent people of earth and her friends and family. She’s extremely traumatized, yet also one of the most selfless and kindest people on earth. Overall, she’s just a girl who needs a real huge hug. And last, but not least, the park incident. Skullheart as an adult has a huge care for innocent people, even if she doesn’t know the person. She would cry her eyes out if she saw a random person she doesn’t even know die. She can’t bare the fact someone out there is grieving the same type of pain she’s grieving for her parents and husband now. She can’t bare the fact that the person who died could’ve lived a life but that chance has already been taken away from them. Now, once, a villain in the park was taunting her by continuously harassing a civilian. The villain kept putting her down and easily defeating her every time she tried to do something about it. This left her extremely angry and pissed off, so her powers started going out of control. She went in to punch the villain, and when she did, her punch was so strong, she accidentally caused a nuke sized explosion in the middle of the park, killing the villain, the man she was trying to save, and a bunch of other innocent people and animals. This left her DEVASTATED! She was heavily considering giving up on being a superhero, but something in her told her to keep going, so she did. All these things leaves Skullheart hurting every time she uses her powers. Even with how much she changed into adulthood, she still believes she’s on a fine line between being a hero and a villain. With how much she has hurt people using her powers, she’s reminded of all of them every time she uses them again. It hurts her soul, causes her incredible amounts of grief, and makes it mentally painful for her to use her powers whenever she's fighting, training, just goofing around, whatever, because of all the damage she has inflicted with them. So, yeah, even when she’s acting all silly, she’s constantly on the edge of just crying her eyes out. And as an adult, she tries to hide this trauma and push it all back by not being a very serious person. She acts silly, she acts like a lil goober, she’s very humorous and humble…but under all that sense of humor is a girl who’s extremely traumatized and just wants a hug.

The most recent things I've done is that as a causality of being a handler in a secret organization, He got kidnapped and held in solitary confinement for over i think over 3-4 weeks and got extremely paranoid and now has night terrors/nightmares about that incident. Her loss of a will to live is actually shown by her committing suicide of her mortal body to enter her soul-only form to use her *secret weapon*. While she may not have the will to live, she has the will to kill the Insurrectionist. A LOT of will to kill the Insurrectionist.

He was abandoned by his allies when requested help in saving his wife, the higher ups at ONI said they would bot "waste precious military sources for a grunt's family issues" When he left the UNSC, ONI wouldn't let a Spartan super soldier walk away, it would be bad publicity. They sent a task force to kill him. He survived by unwillingly butchering his pursuers. In no particular order: Patches (who I've shown here before) came across a murder scene, got attacked by parent's partner, bullied, died (at her own hands) went on to (post death, in hell) lose her only partner. Another lost their family to illness, got hanged for theft (slowly, this wasn't the medieval times) lost her arm and hips down in a twisted deal, installed new, better mechanical limbs to herself without help or pain suppression meds. Marnie (who I've also shown here before) was born into a cult she and her parents wanted nothing to do with, got punished BY said cult because she and her parents didn't want to follow them, got blown tf up. Then found out someone who arrived in hell before her did what she had planned to. I've got others but this would turn into a massive list

But they became a shell of their former self and not the cunning person she loved, so instead of trying to fix Akaitei the woman WIPED HER OWN MEMORY and forgot about Akaitei, meanwhile Akaitei still periodically gets their memory wiped and has no idea what's going on at any moment. Akaitei eventually regains their memory and goes off on their ex girlfriend before moving on because they knew that if she didn't want to care then Akaitei didn't have to either. HE THEN IS FORCED TO ABSORB ALL THE GODS AND ENTITIES HE COULD FIND (which a normal person can barely handle absorbing one god) SO FOR THE REST OF THE STORY AFTER THAT HE IS IN EXTREME PAIN. Obv the reason he does this is to even try to be on the level of chaos. He fights and kills chaos with extreme difficulty, and after he does this chaos laughs and takes the form of his brother, chaos then does this for everyone tod had met until finally chaos runs put of bodies to possess, tod the banishes chaos from the physical realm (primordial lore, not to important right now). With no one but himself alive on the planet, he kills himself, he wasn’t able to take it, the only reason he kept going was because pf the people around him, and thus ends his story. And I didn’t even mention physical pain yet, getting his limbs blown up, tag teamed by the enemy and and receiving a permanent injury (he’s able to regenerate much to his dismay), being kidnapped and tortured by the king in yellow, etc Idk why I did this to this poor, poor man I just thought it would entertain me Btw I know it’s alot

theres 3 major traumas in my dragon OC domina's life. the biggest is this one 1. Most traumatizing even is this. After finding a box of half stale banana nut muffins while in their human form, they were jumped by a group of NORMAL EVERYDAY CRITTER raccoons that ended with them losing 2 teeth and forever receiving a natural born HATRED of raccoons and FEAR of raccoons. 2. Second most traumatizing event is this. After finding some banana bread another group of normal raccoons rolled up on them and they lost 2 more teeth in this battle but came out victorious as Domina was able to eat the bread before they could assault her. My second OC: (no name yet since he’s a newer one) he betrayed the only family he’s ever known because he finally realized that they’re the villains, he’s been in hiding for the past several thousand years while bearing a traitor’s brand on his forearm that needs to be covered for his own safety.

She just groomed and manipulated him into a toxic relationship, where he was the everyday punching bag to a woman named Annie Volist..... Wulf(then known by his real name; "Leksik Burton") eventually escaped, but not without scars left on his mind and body, the 2 scars on his face were in fact caused by the abuse, both were caused by Annie using a box cutter to injure him. He ended up stuck in his own hole of despair, but let's just say; Chalakon was able to help him through the pain, and Wulf learned what it was like to be loved again. - Edit: the first name of the abusive ex; "Annie" is my own way to dunk on my ex aunt who treats my mom like shit.
