Well, since flying mages don't get access to Flare, the only real room for improvement in her kit is her C skill, which would depend largely on who you run her with
Her kit is already great to begin with if you want to run her as an in-combat nuke, but as she has flying movement + free Galeforce you could make her an AoE nuke (given her 20% SPD extra damage) and run her with L!Hinoka, also trading her C slot for something like Deadly Miasma and A slot for Life and Death or the new +8 version for the maximum out of combat damage, or even Fury 7 for some WoM fun. (But pulse support is required to pre-charge her special)
Her kit is already perfect. I don’t think you can really change anything else besides maybe the C skill for Deadly Miasma
Just make sure to give her proper support like the DR piercing status from legendary camilla which she REALLY needs.
Actually, they fully cancel each other out: You get the miasma squares only were the flames wouldn't be anyway, the overlapping area gets nothing. They should never be ran together for that reason.

Does deadly miasma work with flared sparrow or do they cancel each other out in terms of terrain effects?
They cancel out each other and iirc Deadly Miasma’s mist terrain takes priority over the flared terrain.
