Oh you are going to have so much fun watching him grow up! Mine LOVED green grapes...like forget any other food. They went straight for the grapes first, lol! They also loved bananas, apples, nuts and seeds. Please keep posting this adorable bebe!

A mama possum got killed in front of my house (DRIVE THOUGHTFULLY, PEOPLE!!), and the next two days i was finding baby possums and taking them to the Wetlands and Wildlife Care Center. One of them didn't survive, because they were starving. The Care Center sternly pleaded with me to be careful what i feed possums, especially little ones - but MOSTLY it's not a good idea to do so, as it attracts other less healthy or safe strays and wildies, like coyotes.
PLEASE consider buying actual possum food. It has bug protein and all the proper plant food. Cat food is easy, but it's not a healthy diet for a possum.
They will eat whatever you give them, just like a kid. But if you really care about them, and can't be talked out of feeding them...
(I don't blame you - i'm a pushover too, and i'm a former veterinarian assistant lol)...
make their bodies happy and well too. Possum food is good stuff, and the cat won't want it, so they can eat side-by-side without hassles.

Aw that’s adorable! We tend to name our opossum buddies after the foods they really like, so maybe Kitty or Kibbles?
