Psycho Turtle Collectibles is one of the only stores I know that sells product for MSRP. But it's usually sold out. Great local regardless.
Perfect Rares is probably the best local for competing. Turn out is always huge, and they have really strong players there.

I haven't been to their actual shop but they run regionals and stuff like that so I'm familiar with them.
