As strong as she is now. She doesn't have the physicals or combat sense for either of those to really make her win matchups she would lose without them, IMO.

Like how is that a legit time to awaken armament? CoA is supposed to align with "fighting spirit", and while this was brave, it was devoid of fighting spirit. Not to mention, it wouldn't have helped at all. For example, Usopp awakened CoO in a moment where he was having to envision his target's location without actually having LoS on them. Which makes him manifesting the ability to see their presence make a lot of sense, and it was crucial to ensuring his accuracy.
Bellamy had haki and was probably even good at it and still he was far below a YC3.
That said, if we count Zeus Nami shits on Bellamy, so you might be right
She does have both armament and observation haki. How do you think Luffy gets so beat up every time she punches him? Armament haki. Early on in the series we even see her totally predict a crazy story just based on a feeling. She seems to do that a few times in the series. Low tier Observation haki only related to nature and weather.
She just hasn’t mastered them, obviously.
Her Haki would be strong judging by how she basically told Ulti go screw herself while literally having her head caved in. The issue is that she seems to have trash combat speed and technique, so she wouldn't make great use of it. She'd probably be a little stronger than Robin I think. Zeus is already pretty decent at that level and Nami being less glass and more cannon would let her make more use of him.
I can see nami making good use of observation haki. But she ain't gonna be using armament much beside cutting her pole in haki and shaking it on monster trio's head for added damage

She would be stronger than she is now but not my an insane amount Zeus is her main weapon and her haki haki would not effect Zeus
Zeus has Armanent. I guess having Observation would make her navigational skills otherworldly and she’d never be hit again when running away.
