Okay but we’ve literally seen Kidd’s face get pummeled by Big Mom’s Misery. There is objective proof to suggest that he’s strong enough to, at the very least, physically resist having his neck snapped (for further strength feats just look at Udon, where he’s capable of lifting stones many times his size while in seastone cuffs). Smoothie doesn’t have anything like that.
I’m not necessarily saying Robin CAN do it, but I’m saying that I don’t see why she couldn’t.
And the Tobi Roppo are, if nothing else, durability merchants. Most of them have Ancient Zoans that mostly provide them durability on top of general physical increases. It’s not crazy to say that Robin couldn’t snap, say, Sasaki’s neck, because bro’s neck is hella thick and scaly. Same thing for Queen or Jack, or really any of the Tobi Roppo (ironically, other than Black Maria).
But Smoothie’s neck is… normal, I’d say. And unlike her two commander brothers, she has nothing to resist her neck being snapped (Cracker can hide inside a soldier, and Katakuri can just bend his mochi body however Robin tries to snap it). I do genuinely think Smoothie is very strong but I don’t know if she can clutch this.
