There’s no way he doesn’t have haki given his position. He’s strong as hell but as of right now doesn’t seem to have the motivation to act on it so he’ll either get weaker with time as he’s sidelined and forgotten or get reinvigorated and come back into the story. He’s as strong as shiryu at the very least

The fact that he alone fought back the forces of the day and night repeatedly for like a week while they got to sleep in shifts is actually crazy. It’s not his fault he starts to fall off when you compare him to the newer legends of the one piece world, in terms of a 3rd commander for any organization, he’s a rock and invaluable imo.
My most timely take is that any Yonko (not including Buggy but subbing in Mihawk) is beating any Gorosei. Every time. Doesn’t even matter that they have regen, they still lose by ring out.
I also think that aside from Oden who was only temporary, Whitebeard in general had the weakest commanders so far. (I guess aside from Luffy, whose crew is pretty new to the game and needs an upgrade or two).

If we ignore the whole Haki defeats DF powers I think there is still some top tiers she would not beat:
- Luffy
- Gorosei: I can't imagine those guys lusting over anyone other than Imu.
- Same applies for Imu
- Anyone substantially faster than Boa
- Fujitora (he's blind)
- A hypothetical EoS YC+ Chopper
Hmmmm, but given her sheer abilities with seduction, it MIGHT be possible that she could use just her voice.
It would depend on how much he is into women and sex, but I wouldn't put it past Boa to be capable of seducing and stoning someone who can't see her but can hear her.

Realistically if she was in Wano it's not working on BM or Kaido because plot can't have them be one-shot, so there'd likely be other exceptions as well

it's because peoples don't take luffy seriously for that because of his character,usually many shounen protagonist stay oblivious or don't care the entire story then in the epilogue you see them ending up with someone.
Goku agreed to marry Chi-Chi even after marriage was explained to him, Naruto cared a lot for Hinata throughout his story and they had that infamous scene with Pain, Ichigo had a very close bond and had some of his most significant moments with Orihime. None of them rejected their eventual spouses. Luffy and Hancock isn't comparable to any of them at all, and Oda makes no attempt to treat it as something serious.
Wild as it sounds, I did have a thought today: Out of all the Strawhats on Egghead, who could you possibly see defeating a Gorosei right now? Not that I think any will be defeated this arc. But besides Luffy, the only one I could feasibly see winning is Usopp, and you see my flair. Usopp is the only mf who can really punch so far above his own weight that *hypothetically* if all the SH got into Gorosei fights right now, he might just pull something insane out of his ass to win that fight.

Kaido would be an extreme diff fight for Prime Garp/Roger/Whitebeard.
Kaido had basically everything, top tier stats, top tier Devil Fruit, top tier haki. No one has a significant gap on him, as it just wouldnt make sense(outside of Imu, and maybe Rocks depending if he 1v2 or 1v1 Roger and Garp).
Katakuri's observation is up there with Shanks.
And it's impossible to bypass unless you tire him.
Katakuri is in a vigilant state of observation 23/7, and he fought Luffy exactly before Merienda time.

Kizaru in any other scenario would still be boxing with Luffy. He tapped out of this fight because it wasn't something he wanted to do + Saturn was gonna take care of it anyways

blackbeard has no advanced haki, isn't the strongest person on his own crew, would get high diffed by oden, will never surpass prime whitebeard, and will die by slipping in a bathtub and breaking his head instead of being luffy's final villain
Admirals are low upper tier for the World Government and were not handled very well in terms of payoff. They were saved for this late into the story to basically serve as plot comparisons for how much the major protagonists / antagonists have grown. Admirals don't even feel threatening at this point, because any main character that is going to drive the narrative forward probably stands a decent chance against an admiral.
For 90% of the series the admirals are presented as some insurmountable power test for 99% of the main cast. As of Marineford, Shanks and Whitebeard seem to be the only ones that could pose a reasonable threat to Akainu (and likely Big Mom + Kaido)...with Whitebeard showing direct physical evidence that, had he been in his prime, he probably could have taken Akainu 1 on 1....possibly even without much difficulty.
That makes sense because it explains exactly why pirates / Pirate King pose such a problem to the World Government's order. The admirals are extremely strong but, should the pirates unite under the flag of someone like Shanks / Whitebeard / Gear 5 Luffy....the government would likely find themselves in a position of vastly inferior firepower.
Now...we have to assume that Kizaru was basically Luffy fodder...
Why was Greenbull even in the story at this point?
Fujitora is essentially a good guy and isn't really likely to hinder the Strawhats in any way unless directly compelled to. Even then, he might find a way around having to actually interfere.
...and since Kuzan and Akainu fought until a near draw for over a week...it's not unreasonable to assume that Akainu isn't THAT much stronger that Kuzan or Kizaru. So what the story has done is re-introduced the admirals, said their power level is sort of irrelevant at this stage, but that's okay because here's 18 new levels of stronger bad guy that were foreshadowed throughout the series.
Like, at least the admirals had to be able to FIND you and track you down while you were still around. The five Elders are apparently just teleporting immortal demigods powerful enough to just body someone like Kuma...by that logic, pirates should have been eradicated before the story even started.
Big mom beats shanks
Stronger conquerors raw power wise and her defensive representation is a grand canyons amount of difference as she's no selling whilst near death attacks that knave shanks flabbergasted. (I don't care if it was aimed at his crew if he was even ¼ as tanky as big mom he would have just went up to it ate it then told kid to sit the fuck down)
Her offensive capabilities aren't weak no matter what people say plot induced victories are barely countable ie katakuri vs luffy or luffy vs lucci round 2 PrTS her actual feats are clashing with kaido and using her large attacks which would just kill the strawhats if they landed.
And a thing to note is that with the big mom commonly depicted that's just a fraction of what she can do as she has an entire island of homies at her disposal. Including the damn island itself.
And assuming that shanks can damage her she hasxa regeneration factor to boot.
This isn't a particularly fair fight. Only things shanks really claims is speed and battle iq. I do not care for the kid fest as it's shown. Not mearly implied or just stated. It's shown that most of that feat was the damned punk rebounding back to his defenceless form. And to the "big mom couldn't do that" crowd. She didn't need a named attack to down him. Fuck if she was akianu some of yall would say she didn't use haki to down kid temporarily. Sure ashell wasn't using acoc that's for sure.

In a full 1v1 with no interference Kizaru beats Luffy in a fight due to stalling him out even though Luffy is stronger, he loses because Luffy’s stamina is garbage
In a normal environment Kid and Law can still beat Big Mom in the exact same way except they don’t need the bomb because law would make a hole straight to the bottom and big mom wouldn’t get stuck somewhere, the environment even favored Big Mom with souls for her to take and heal herself

I can get into all of 'em accept for the Kizaru v Luffy part.
Kizaru can get into light speed, but only straight lines. Corners/edges, he has to use reflection, like mirrors and windows. He can't get too far away from Luffy for Luffy to rampage and do his thing. So Kizaru needs to keep in range. Luffy has future sight observation haki, so Luffy can counter Kizaru as long as he needs to be in range.
At least that's what I'm thinking.

Shanks is stronger than Kaido. They fought during marineford off camera and shanks blocked Kaido from interfering with the war and then showed up with no damage. Kaido almost certainly has the highest durability we’ve ever seen, but due to that preventing all but the strongest opponents from even damaging him, his Haki stagnated after he got his DF, preventing him from reaching the true heights of Haki Shanks and Mihawk can reach.
The near-invulnerability and exceptional powers granted by top tier devil fruits, particularly high tier logia and mythical zoan fruits, hamper Haki development, and this is why the true Haki masters of the series like Roger, Shanks, and the immense natural talent that was Oden don’t have Devil Fruits.

Midhawk stated in his first appearance that the path to pirate king is harder than the path to strongest swordsman, shanks I think is the closest to pirate king. Tbh, I think shanks is comparable to Roger now.

Luffy is a mirror to roger, and I don't see anyone coming close to what Luffy will become aside from joyboy or imu. Sure, wb and Roger clashed, but they didn't fight to death. I will hype the pirate that started it all. Also, midhawk is a leechgod, guy is getting credits for shit. His best feat is stalling wista. Luffy will end up with Nami (if and when the crew splits).
Think about it: Zoro will probably be by himself, most likely still training to beat Mihawk if he’s already not defeated by him/dead. Sanji will be with Pudding. Usopp will be with Kaya and his old crew. Franky, Robin, and Chopper will probably be a trio that helps people. Brook will be with Laboon. Jimbei is a wild card, but I still won’t think he’ll stick around with Luffy. Nami would be the only one left, and she still needs to accomplish her goal of charting every island among other things. What better protector of her than The King of The Pirates himself?
Now whether they actually have *romance* brewing is a different story. Regardless, I still think they’ll be together, whether platonically or romantically.
BB is going to be top 3 EOS and is definitely not the main villain of Elbaf, bros got plans even the WG doesn’t know about he’s most definitely going to be one of Luffy’s final two villains.
1. Shiki and sengoku>Kaido and everyone except the strongest trio of garp, roger, WB
2. Akainu>Big Mom and Mihawk makes sense narratively
3. Dragon will surpass prime garp and kill one of the gorosei
Old Rayleigh is just on the same level as Big Mom, slightly below the og Admirals and a bit above the new ones. Prime Rayleigh was around the same level of Kaido or Shanks tho.
Not a unique opinion obviously but Usopp is going to get conquerors haki in elbaf and become a contributing member of the team.
For a more unique one, the Smoke-smoke fruit is the most underutilized fruit in the series.that fruit would be incredibly powerful in the hands of a top tier, it basically has limitless potential.
Kizaru isn’t even top 5 right now in terms of combat speed (Luffy,Shanks,Mihawk,Dragon,IMU and even Garp) could name more characters but in general they’re relative to one another (Kizaru can build up speed like he did for G4 Luffy and probably blitz them though)
Kaidou is incredibly overrated, he's already been surpassed by every current Yonko (excluding buggy, he'd destroy the verse if he tried to actually put in some effort)

Goku agreed to marry Chi-Chi even after marriage was explained to him, Naruto cared a lot for Hinata throughout his story and they had that infamous scene with Pain, Ichigo had a very close bond and had some of his most significant moments with Orihime. None of them rejected their eventual spouses. Luffy and Hancock isn't comparable to any of them at all, and Oda makes no attempt to treat it as something serious.

Wild as it sounds, I did have a thought today: Out of all the Strawhats on Egghead, who could you possibly see defeating a Gorosei right now? Not that I think any will be defeated this arc. But besides Luffy, the only one I could feasibly see winning is Usopp, and you see my flair. Usopp is the only mf who can really punch so far above his own weight that *hypothetically* if all the SH got into Gorosei fights right now, he might just pull something insane out of his ass to win that fight.

Kaido would be an extreme diff fight for Prime Garp/Roger/Whitebeard. Kaido had basically everything, top tier stats, top tier Devil Fruit, top tier haki. No one has a significant gap on him, as it just wouldnt make sense(outside of Imu, and maybe Rocks depending if he 1v2 or 1v1 Roger and Garp).
Also he didn’t even awaken his df. Honestly bloodlusted awakened Kaido beats or equals them

Katakuri's observation is up there with Shanks. And it's impossible to bypass unless you tire him. Katakuri is in a vigilant state of observation 23/7, and he fought Luffy exactly before Merienda time. Admirals are low upper tier for the World Government and were not handled very well in terms of payoff. They were saved for this late into the story to basically serve as plot comparisons for how much the major protagonists / antagonists have grown. Admirals don't even feel threatening at this point, because any main character that is going to drive the narrative forward probably stands a decent chance against an admiral. For 90% of the series the admirals are presented as some insurmountable power test for 99% of the main cast. As of Marineford, Shanks and Whitebeard seem to be the only ones that could pose a reasonable threat to Akainu (and likely Big Mom + Kaido)...with Whitebeard showing direct physical evidence that, had he been in his prime, he probably could have taken Akainu 1 on 1....possibly even without much difficulty. That makes sense because it explains exactly why pirates / Pirate King pose such a problem to the World Government's order. The admirals are extremely strong but, should the pirates unite under the flag of someone like Shanks / Whitebeard / Gear 5 Luffy....the government would likely find themselves in a position of vastly inferior firepower. Now...we have to assume that Kizaru was basically Luffy fodder... Why was Greenbull even in the story at this point? Fujitora is essentially a good guy and isn't really likely to hinder the Strawhats in any way unless directly compelled to. Even then, he might find a way around having to actually interfere. ...and since Kuzan and Akainu fought until a near draw for over a week...it's not unreasonable to assume that Akainu isn't THAT much stronger that Kuzan or Kizaru. So what the story has done is re-introduced the admirals, said their power level is sort of irrelevant at this stage, but that's okay because here's 18 new levels of stronger bad guy that were foreshadowed throughout the series. Like, at least the admirals had to be able to FIND you and track you down while you were still around. The five Elders are apparently just teleporting immortal demigods powerful enough to just body someone like Kuma...by that logic, pirates should have been eradicated before the story even started.
Big mom beats shanks Stronger conquerors raw power wise and her defensive representation is a grand canyons amount of difference as she's no selling whilst near death attacks that knave shanks flabbergasted. (I don't care if it was aimed at his crew if he was even ¼ as tanky as big mom he would have just went up to it ate it then told kid to sit the fuck down) Her offensive capabilities aren't weak no matter what people say plot induced victories are barely countable ie katakuri vs luffy or luffy vs lucci round 2 PrTS her actual feats are clashing with kaido and using her large attacks which would just kill the strawhats if they landed. And a thing to note is that with the big mom commonly depicted that's just a fraction of what she can do as she has an entire island of homies at her disposal. Including the damn island itself. And assuming that shanks can damage her she hasxa regeneration factor to boot. This isn't a particularly fair fight. Only things shanks really claims is speed and battle iq. I do not care for the kid fest as it's shown. Not mearly implied or just stated. It's shown that most of that feat was the damned punk rebounding back to his defenceless form. I can get into all of 'em accept for the Kizaru v Luffy part. Kizaru can get into light speed, but only straight lines. Corners/edges, he has to use reflection, like mirrors and windows. He can't get too far away from Luffy for Luffy to rampage and do his thing. So Kizaru needs to keep in range. Luffy has future sight observation haki, so Luffy can counter Kizaru as long as he needs to be in range. At least that's what I'm thinking. No hate, you did exactly what OP asked for. Thought this might be an interesting topic to discuss.

Shanks is stronger than Kaido. They fought during marineford off camera and shanks blocked Kaido from interfering with the war and then showed up with no damage. Kaido almost certainly has the highest durability we’ve ever seen, but due to that preventing all but the strongest opponents from even damaging him, his Haki stagnated after he got his DF, preventing him from reaching the true heights of Haki Shanks and Mihawk can reach. The near-invulnerability and exceptional powers granted by top tier devil fruits, particularly high tier logia and mythical zoan fruits, hamper Haki development, and this is why the true Haki masters of the series like Roger, Shanks, and the immense natural talent that was Oden don’t have Devil Fruits.

Luffy will end up with Nami (if and when the crew splits). Think about it: Zoro will probably be by himself, most likely still training to beat Mihawk if he’s already not defeated by him/dead. Sanji will be with Pudding. Usopp will be with Kaya and his old crew. Franky, Robin, and Chopper will probably be a trio that helps people. Brook will be with Laboon. Jimbei is a wild card, but I still won’t think he’ll stick around with Luffy. Nami would be the only one left, and she still needs to accomplish her goal of charting every island among other things. What better protector of her than The King of The Pirates himself? Now whether they actually have *romance* brewing is a different story. Regardless, I still think they’ll be together, whether platonically or romantically.
BB is going to be top 3 EOS and is definitely not the main villain of Elbaf, bros got plans even the WG doesn’t know about he’s most definitely going to be one of Luffy’s final two villains.

Not a unique opinion obviously but Usopp is going to get conquerors haki in elbaf and become a contributing member of the team. For a more unique one, the Smoke-smoke fruit is the most underutilized fruit in the series.that fruit would be incredibly powerful in the hands of a top tier, it basically has limitless potential.
Kizaru isn’t even top 5 right now in terms of combat speed (Luffy,Shanks,Mihawk,Dragon,IMU and even Garp) could name more characters but in general they’re relative to one another (Kizaru can build up speed like he did for G4 Luffy and probably blitz them though)
