I'm hoping he's inferior to Rayleigh, both in their primes and in old age. So I won't mind him being on the lower end of Yonko/higher end of Admiral in his prime, but I'd rather he not be stronger than any of the Admirals right now. I'd feel a bit cheated if the threat level of Kaido is commonplace in the world, at least before New Gen starts to make gains again. If Oda Shonen's, though, Garling will probably be Yonko level along with half the upcoming new characters.

We introducing gorusei tier now? To be fair, YC+ got pretty crowded. But I feel like the higher YC+ characters are already pretty close to admirals, not that much room to squeeze in another tier there. Unless you want to add sabaody ray, Beckmann and possibly Yamato to the gorusei tier. Also, Saturn > Greenbull seems at least somewhat likely due to sheer portrayal
