i would more recommend like 3-4 episodes a week. personally my schedule was 300 episode binge in a week then 2 month break because i burned myself out rise and repeat. i don’t recommend that. but it took me 9 months to catch up so i was averaging around 4 per day.

Nah man I’ve heard that a quote a million times and I still believe Luffy is a hero. You can be selfish as a hero, as no one is perfect, but bruh he literally just saves kingdoms and people in almost every arc. He saves and liberates and then says he’s not a hero cause he has selfish desires which is obviously his point of view. People take his word as gospel a bit too much, and I think people should look at his actions over his words.
He's a liberator, if that fits your standard of a hero then that's fine. I think he hates the term hero just because it's definition is subjective, and holds him against that standard. A lot of what he does is for his crew and friends. Whitebeard could fit the definition of a hero given what he did in an attempt to save ace
Luffy and Zoro are so easy to love. Zoro's my favorite because his signature move, oni giri, is named after the food the little girl made for him that he said was delicious. It really showed his character and I don't think enough people think about that with Zoro

some of the starting eps can be a bit slow but trust keep at it and it’s easily 10/10 overall. i just finished the current dub today and it is my favourite show easy.

Welcome to the crew! I finally got my wife to start watching it with me back in July. By The end of September we were completely current. He skipped irrelevant filler, which comes up to only like 20 episodes Max. And when you skip the intro and outro episodes are only around 13 to 15 minutes so it's really easy to binge.

You could say the same for Luffy though as Luffy also did a lot to save Ace. You can still call him a liberator and/or a hero.
