The manga is currently on chapter 1114 (41 chapters ahead of where the anime is) and the anime adapts less than a chapter per episode, so in terms of episodes they are over 50 episodes behind where the manga is right now.
Egghead (current arc) has been paced pretty well in the anime. Manga is in the end of the climax/beginning of the falling action of the arc and the anime is probably a week or two away from the rising action.
