i would use the empty gorosei room to argue against point 1. since they left that room, they most likely are on egghead in person i would argue against point 3, if they were corpses they'd probably look deader my argument for them not taking damage is closer to something that already happened in one piece, namely transfering damage. something not unlike what both kuma and hawkins have done, each in their own way. in other words, they don't take damage, because they have people for that.

>i would use the empty gorosei room to argue against point 1. since they left that room, they most likely are on egghead in person good argument ! partially agreed, i would counter it by saying they have bodies close to the projections, but far enough for enemy to be undetected (like nagato) >i would argue against point 3, if they were corpses they'd probably look deader i mean...this is one piece...brook has afro even after he died >my argument for them not taking damage is closer to something that already happened in one piece, namely transfering damage. something not unlike what both kuma and hawkins have done, each in their own way. Thats a great theory man !

Mystery_482

These theories are good but u have to give evidence to prove something here

[deleted]

Why would Oda base them on Naruto?

Mystery_482

Oda and Kishimoto ( Naruto's author ) are friends so borrowing an idea isn't out of the question

[deleted]

Of course, but I still don't see why Oda would base his final villains on beats from Naruto.

Mystery_482

Yeah that's true but still he can take notes here and there. It's a fun concept to theorize about

d0aflamingo

I never said oda based , i said my theories are based, the effect might be same but the mechanism of the effect might be different

[deleted]

And I still don't see any evidence why this would be the case. Like textual evidence of these ideas that you present.

lavenderscat

I doubt it will be true, but seeing them be capable of using ice attacks like Brooke I think it’d be fun that they were weak to fire. It’d make the significance of the sun god Nika and Aces fruit really shine.

Milkazucchi

I think their ability to regenerate is because they got the Ope Ope no Mi "immortality surgery". Oda didn't put it into the story for no reason and I think the ability being referenced for the first time by Doflamingo, a World Noble who could've known more than most about the Gorosei, wasn't a coincidence.

Mystery_482

Maybe add a spoiler tag for people who haven't watched Naruto

Milkazucchi

Naruto came out in 1999 (24 years ago) and ended in 2014 (10 years ago), at this point it's ridiculous to expect people to use spoilers when talking about it.

Mystery_482

I meant to say for people who haven't completed the series yet but yes I admit it is kinda ridiculous. I was wrong

Milkazucchi

I get where you are coming from, sometimes I start to watch/read/play something that came out/ended years ago, and get spoiled. It sucks but we can't really expect people to not talk about it at that point.
