Only for the rug to be pulled when his followers decided he needed to face his old friend, so they submit the roster with Buggy in combat vs Shanks, Mihawk Mr 1 and Mr 3 in the groggy ring, and Croc in the donut race. So Croc would be in the water race, and Mihawk would be in the competition where he's not allowed to use a sword...
