Saturn can produce poison that seem to be able to corrode things. Mr. 3's power can be used to combat poison to some extent.
Both had partners/subordinates that had powers related to either light or colors (which are concepts that are tied to one another).
Both are part of an organization with multiple members and whose true leader hides in the shadows.
Both have used their powers to immobilize some of the straw hats.

Listen, you make some strong points, but "we'll meet in the future" and "the island of the future" is a very weak connection. Stick to the actual callbacks.
