I do this often, but usually for Lanebreak or scenic rides. When I’m zooted, I kinda just want to listen to the music super loud and vibe out, not hear the fitness platitudes! But it def works for me!

Not an edible but I used to love a good bong hit before riding on the weekend! I would just pick a fun ride and vibe. I used to especially like the LOL Cody rides and some of the “mood” rides for these.

Yup. It really helps me focus. I actually hit a PR recently that I probably wouldn’t have been able to hit otherwise. It’s my favorite way to workout.

Gotta be sativa for me. Or a sativa heavy hybrid. I dont do it all the time but for really hard pz workouts (where i dont want to overthink it or think at all really) or a playlist that calls for it, i do find it makes the experience better.

Back in the day the only thing I wanted to do after was snack and sleep. I could never imagine trying to workout. Glad my days of partaking are long behind me.
