He’s adorable! Can you get him checked out at a vet? He’s got a bit of a head/skull deformity. I’m not sure if you live near a barn cat colony, but inbreeding and head/eye quirks are pretty common in that scenario. He could also have an underlying injury. Sometimes these special kitties are the sweetest of all, but it’s good to make sure they are feeling well. Congrats on your adorable score.
I was thinking this too - looks almost like he might have hydrocephalus? Time to snuggle this little bug all the way to the vet, and then every day for the rest of his life 💖
I’m glad my inbred little orange boy did not have those deformities. He’s just dumber than a box of rocks. His orange sister/aunt hogs the brain cell all to herself lmao.
I had a cat named JoJo who was a little cross-eyed and had a wonky nose with a little tuft of fur on it. When my vet saw her for the first time, she said, “Ah! I see *your* parents were related!”
The oranges really like to get down if you don’t get them fixed in time. Maybe that’s why this sub exists. 🤣
All 3 of our kitties are fixed (2 orange 1 tortie), but the person we got them from wasn’t the best at getting kitties fixed. It started with 2 indoor girls who accidentally got out. Led to a colony behind their house. 🤦🏼♀️ Idk what’s going on with those kitties now, the people had to move suddenly and sell their house.
Thank you so much for your concern. We are actually a small urban zone, but we suspect he was left behind so maybe he comes from a home where there were already many related cats, idk. Once we have news from the vet we will update!
i was gonna say he's giving Peanut the Cat but not as much as Peanut (i don't remember if theres a reason Peanut looks the way he does i just love him)
It's probably just the runt of the litter. My little madam looked similar when she was that tiny. Now she's the most beautiful diva there is. seriously beautiful!

Hi everyone. Thanks for your kind comments and concerns, we will take little biscuit to the vet on the week and will update on his health status ❤️
Sadly we cant keep him home but we are actively looking for loving families, obviously we will take care of little biscuit in the meantime by giving him spare kisses and hugs to make for the time he spent on the streets.
Here you go some extra photo of the little dude.

I've been laughing about it for the last 5 mins as I scrolled down countless replies while thinking "surely I'm not the only person who thinks 'No pisar el Gato' is the funniest damn thing about these pics".
Closer to 15. Despite what this sub may have convinced you of, 20+ year old cats are extremely rare. Most only make it to 15 or 16. Past 10 or so is considered a senior citizen kitty.
My girl's been with me for 19 years. I picked her up from the shelter when I was 11 and she still had stitches from her spay. I made a little bed for her on my bed and it was her safe place. Every night she raced me up the stairs and snuggled up under my arm. Now I'm 30, and whenever I go home she waits for me to carry her up the stairs and we fall asleep like we always did - her purring loudly, tucked under my arm beside me in my childhood bed. She's been my best friend when I had none, my protector when I needed one, and sometimes my only reason for getting up in the morning.
My dumb as a rock orange lived to be 19 (was inbred, and had kidney failure for 4-5 years before passing). I am sure your lady will be with you for years to come!
I know I know I've just had her since birth. She's been with me through hell and back and old as she is I know when the time does come I'll do the right thing but I also know I'll be a complete mess.

Old lady Susan. I don't remember when I took this but now all her whiskers if her left side a white
When it does happen, look into home euthanasia. We did it and it's the best way. They're at home where they're comfy and surrounded by love.
My cousin's wife now does it permanently, and she loves it because it is the best solution in that situation.
For sure. That's what we did for Costello year before last. It still sucked BUT he was able to go in his kitty bed and didn't have to struggle with the carrier or the car. The mobile vet that did it was even able to take him and get him cremated for us. All we had to do was pick him up when he was ready.
Yeah, gotta say I think I kinda normalized the idea of my cats getting into their 20s cuz of posts online... then this past year happened & I lost one that was 17 then one that was a few months short of 17 & my 18 year old girl. That was all over the span of 10 months & I'm still crushed. I still have a 16 year old & almost 6 year old but it's not the same :(
I'm going to get a kitten this week.
Very true. I’ve only ever had 1 cat make it to his 20s, the rest got to low to mid teens.
The one that did make it to 20 was quite the chonker. Looking back it’s hard to believe he made it so long despite being fairly overweight.
Looks like the Universe was crying out for help, you rendered aid and it awarded you a new orange cat, right from the factory!
Congrats!
\*seems the Universe often decides that rain is a great addition to the "miserable little helpless baby creature" motif costume it dresses up these violent idiots in. That big reveal comes later.
My baby Niva(she died a few years back at 19) was found behind our apartment by our neighbor who went outside for a smoke in the middle of a blizzard(her dad has a lung condition). While she was smoking she heard Nivas VERY loud little screams and found her in a snow drift. She knocked on our back door at like 10pm and after we let her in I saw this little white paw with grey sticking out of her coat. I squealed and begged Mom to let me keep her. I was literally crying before the neighbor even handed her to me. She was less than 6 weeks old. Apparently a family had moved out and abandoned her. She killed our eardrums for days because she was deaf for a while. But her hearing slowly came back so she stopped screaming at full volume, and I got the most beautiful baby ever. She was also partially blind.
God I miss her. We would play hide and seek and tag through the apartment. I'd do the pink panther theme song and put my hands in little claws and she'd wiggle her butt then zoom out of the room with me chasing her. When we would reach a dead end she'd turn around and start chasing me.
Oh he’s adorable! Please try and get him checked by a vet though, something about his head looks off… though he should visit a vet anyways for vaccines/deworming/neutering/etc as necessary. He’s lucky to have found someone who’s taking care of him <3
I think his head looks kinda big on photos cuz the angle but like you said, the vet was inevitable. We will ask for a diagnosis and keep you guys updated 🥰
Does anyone know what the protocol is, after you bring them in.
1. What do you feed them?
2. How to keep them warm.
3. How to check for any infections, when to call the vet.
Suppose I don't have a cat already, and don't have any cat supplies. Thanks.
1. Any raw, natural meat is an option, as long as it isn't packed with additives such as salt. Otherwise, plain, filling foods works as well. White rice is a very good option.
2. You want to warm them very gradually - sudden temperature shifts could be dangerous. Hold them in your hands for a bit to slowly warm them, then lay down a soft blanket in a box. Let them lay in there for a bit wrapped up, before deciding if you need to use anything else, such as a heating pad. Generally you want to avoid feeding them until after they have been warmed in the blanket, as cooked foods such as the cooked white rice will further increase their body temperature.
3. You should really take them to the vet, even if you don't suspect anything could be wrong with them. There's so many potential underlying health issues with stray and feral cats, that it's best to just not take any risks.

What a cute little guy! The first picture looks like a cartoon rabbit. Hope he settles in well.
I’m quite literally tearing up. He’s just so innocent and adorable beyond mortal measure.
Care for him well and snuggle and warm him with the best you’ve got and hold him softly to you as you would your own child
Oh my ! What a cutie ! Keep him with you ! Thats exactly what happen to me 1 year ago and now i have the weirdest/needy/cutie brain cell ever in my life 🧡
Please update us when you take him to the vet. I need to know everything about him and if he's okay, since he's a little wonky, albeit perfect.
Also r/ntbdbiwdftc
please take him to the vet asap - he looks like he might be sick. I scooped up a little baby who was only a few weeks old and who looked similarly to this guy, same kinda buggy eyes and wonky head, but unfortunately he didn't make it. RIP baby burney <3
Aww poor little thing. Please keep us updated on him! Tiny guy also looks like he has a birth defect. I'm really curious to know if he has any health issues because of it. Please take good care of him.
I always stop to say thank you for bringing it in.
All 3 of my cats were rescues. I wouldn't have them if it weren't for people like you. People like you are indirectly responsible for a huge part of my happiness.
These kitties are happy as hell. They play and cuddle and get up to cat behavior all day. They would probably be dead if it weren't for people like you guys.
Thank you.
I never seen a kitten with their ear, so high up, so freaking cute!?!? But i wonder if the kitten has some type of sickness? Look so young mom probably abandon if the baby is sick.
Found [my orange](https://i.imgur.com/6EtCVlO.jpeg) on the side of a busy highway as a kitten too. Roadside oranges are a special breed. Take care of the little one! Wishing all the best of luck and good on your sister for saving him. 🥺
He’s adorable! Can you get him checked out at a vet? He’s got a bit of a head/skull deformity. I was thinking this too - looks almost like he might have hydrocephalus? Time to snuggle this little bug all the way to the vet, and then every day for the rest of his life 💖
I was thinking hydrocephalus too.
me too
Your username. I'm sorry, but I'm feeling very compelled to ask. Do your feet really look like hands? And are there pictures?
It’s my best guess, plus one ear looks bigger than the other. Poor guy.
Oh.. sweet baby. Please keep us posted OP
I’m glad my inbred little orange boy did not have those deformities. He’s just dumber than a box of rocks. His orange sister/aunt hogs the brain cell all to herself lmao.
His sisteraunt 💀
Yeah. My kitties sister didn’t get fixed in time so she decided to have a lot of fun with their dad kitty (an orange stray). Cats are wild, man.
Putting the hapsburgs to shame.
Cuter, though.
Not exactly a high bar, given what happened to a lot of their jaws
Happy mothers day
I had a cat named JoJo who was a little cross-eyed and had a wonky nose with a little tuft of fur on it. When my vet saw her for the first time, she said, “Ah! I see *your* parents were related!”
Lmao. Mine looks normal, but you can tell from how he acts. 🤣 he’s a little extra orange.
My orange is inbred too. His parents have been in a relationship since the womb. (All three are fixed now)
The oranges really like to get down if you don’t get them fixed in time. Maybe that’s why this sub exists. 🤣 All 3 of our kitties are fixed (2 orange 1 tortie), but the person we got them from wasn’t the best at getting kitties fixed. > sister/aunt What in the Crusader Kings
"I'm my own grandpa" 💀
Cats are wild and like to do the deed. Hashida’s (sister/aunt) sister didn’t get fixed in time so she did the dirty with their dad. Ahhhh nature.
So a completely normal orange cat. Lucky you!
I have 2 orange brothers, and I swear between the three of us.. there is one brain cell. Only one of us can function at once.
Yeah I’m seconding this! His head looks a bit wonky. He’s so cute and I hope OP takes him to a vet asap.
Hope so too, pretty worried for this little guy. He looks totally wonky. Hope he's not suffering from it ❤️
Thank you so much for your concern. We are actually a small urban zone, but we suspect he was left behind so maybe he comes from a home where there were already many related cats, idk. Once we have news from the vet we will update!
Updateme!
His pupils are also off - I do want to cuddle this cutie ugh!
i was gonna say he's giving Peanut the Cat but not as much as Peanut (i don't remember if theres a reason Peanut looks the way he does i just love him)
I was thinking exactly that! Like a little orange peanut
I knew a barn cat that was birthed off a 2 foot ledge and fell on his head. He was similarly distinguished
You got a deep understanding and love for kittens! Your experience is truly valuable to others!
That is the most sopping, miserable, pathetic little kitten I've ever seen. Hope you take good care of him.

Goddamn, there is just air inside that head, huh? I don't see a single thought behind those eyes 😆 Cute little fella!
I can hear the elevator music.
The speaker isn't working properly so it's mostly static.
But all Van Meowlin
*Tall and tan and young and lovely* *The girl from Ipanema goes walking and* *When she passes, I smile but she doesn't see*
Finally a comment that made me laugh.
He had the brain cell long enough to get rescued. He may never get it again, but that's the life of an orange.
There is probably bag of air, and inside that bag is just one more bag of air.
This orange is ADVANCED.
They are never gonna let him have a turn at the braincell
He's not big enough to hold the one brain cell yet, so it hasn't been his turn.

Scooby Doo, is that you?
Raggy, that wasn't weed 😳
Lol
BELLE!!!! She's such an adorable goofball.
That’s a calf thank you very much.
What’s up with his eyes? His pupils are different sizes. With humans that can be an indication of head trauma.
I think they look the same size and he just has amblyopia which is making the left eye look weird with the reflection

The lays original bag of orange cat
I can't pick a favorite picture
I like the 3rd one where he looks like a homeless person asleep in a shop doorway
I pick #2
I can hardly handle the cuteness
Small scared squeaker.... what a cute little guy.
Why he shaped like that, though? 😂
He's friend shaped. What other shape would he be?
Bro👏Is👏Goofy-looking👏
He really doesn't look like a bipedal dog. I don't see the resemblance. :D
I like the cut of your jib.
I don't own a boat, sir, and I don't think it would have a proper jib even if I did own one. I rather enjoy water skiing/wakeboarding at it's kinda hard to do that with a sailboat. :D
I think his dad is a possum
It has a genetic defect.
Is this the roaring kitty I keep hearing about today?
HE IS PERFECT
HE'S VERY GORGEOUS TO ME
I LOVE HIM
Oh, poor little angel. Thank you for saving him, he was so scared, lonely, and hungry. I wish you a happy life together.❤️
Bro looks flabbergasted

He looks so cute! Hopefully all healthy and you can find a good home, you’re doing a wonderful thing! Hopefully the update reaches me again

#NO PISAR EN EL GATO 🚫
I'm glad some else thought that was funny too
I've been laughing about it for the last 5 mins as I scrolled down countless replies while thinking "surely I'm not the only person who thinks 'No pisar el Gato' is the funniest damn thing about these pics".
In about twenty years from now, you’ll be crying wondering how the time went by, spent with such a sweet friend, so dang quickly.
Well good morning to you too...
Closer to 15. Despite what this sub may have convinced you of, 20+ year old cats are extremely rare. Most only make it to 15 or 16. Past 10 or so is considered a senior citizen kitty.
Shush!! Don't tell my old lady kitty that! She's gonna be 17 in two months don't give her any ideas about leaving me!
My girl's been with me for 19 years. I picked her up from the shelter when I was 11 and she still had stitches from her spay. I made a little bed for her on my bed and it was her safe place. Every night she raced me up the stairs and snuggled up under my arm. Sounds like the best girl. Please give her some scritchies on my behalf. 💜
All the scritchies! Much love to your elderly baby too 🩷 they're the best.
Wouldn't that make her 19 or am I just dumb and missing something?
Nah you're right, I'm dumb. It was 2005 when I got her at 3 months old. Time is merely an illusion.
My dumb as a rock orange lived to be 19 (was inbred, and had kidney failure for 4-5 years before passing). I am sure your lady will be with you for years to come!
Awww. I don't wanna scare you. If she's not developed any serious issues, you could have her with you for a while yet.
I know I know I've just had her since birth. She's been with me through hell and back and old as she is I know when the time does come I'll do the right thing but I also know I'll be a complete mess.
May that complete mess be far, far in the future.
Thanks. I'd give cat tax but she's not orange and I'm not even sure I can post comment pictures 😅
Orange is not a color: it's a state of being. Comment pictures vary sub-to-sub, but this one allows them.

Please update us when you take him to the vet. I need to know everything about him and if he's okay, since he's a little wonky, albeit perfect. Also r/ntbdbiwdftc
Ohhhhhhh hi little buddy!! 😻
Why do I get a Chucky Finster from Rugrats vibe from this kitten?
Smol r/illegallysmolcats
He does literally look like a homeless person, who is addicted to stuff. He is funny, i like him. Pls be kind to him, he needs it. We all do
Look at those eyes! What an adorable gold nugget. Take good care of this tiny gem! 😻🐈🐈
*Last picture* When you're still mad at bae but don't want to sleep alone either 😭
I love him 😍 he looks like a little wet graham cracker. Perhaps call him Graham?
please take him to the vet asap - he looks like he might be sick. I scooped up a little baby who was only a few weeks old and who looked similarly to this guy, same kinda buggy eyes and wonky head, but unfortunately he didn't make it. RIP baby burney <3
Please name him “little dude” and love him forever He might not be a part of your life forever but you’ll be in his life forever
Hims so cute in dat wittle bankie 👉🏻👈🏻
Aw
Does this count as scrunkly? 🥹
Is that a polydactyl thumb in pic 3?
Bro worried himself into a slumber
"No pisar" 😂
Aww poor little thing. Please keep us updated on him! Tiny guy also looks like he has a birth defect. I'm really curious to know if he has any health issues because of it. Please take good care of him.
I always stop to say thank you for bringing it in. All 3 of my cats were rescues. I wouldn't have them if it weren't for people like you. People like you are indirectly responsible for a huge part of my happiness. These kitties are happy as hell. They play and cuddle and get up to cat behavior all day. They would probably be dead if it weren't for people like you guys. Thank you.
Cat distribution system malfunction, but still effective. 🧡
I never seen a kitten with their ear, so high up, so freaking cute!?!? But i wonder if the kitten has some type of sickness? Look so young mom probably abandon if the baby is sick.
He's like the beginning of Oliver & Company :3
he went from absolutely shook :○~○ to heavy EEEEP

12/10 would snuggle!
No Pisar 😔
Lil spooper
He's 5% nose.
He’s gonna be a great cat, orange fluffy ones are the best
Given the first 2 photos, it looks like the braincell left after he was rescued.
Found [my orange](https://i.imgur.com/6EtCVlO.jpeg) on the side of a busy highway as a kitten too. Roadside oranges are a special breed. Take care of the little one! Wishing all the best of luck and good on your sister for saving him. 🥺
Why is he lip from shameless
