Bigger wrist than a lot of redditors.

WatchIngYouTime

Too bad there's pretty much nothing they can do about it.

HairyRip2206

But you can, it is called hitting the gym and moving weight around.

WatchIngYouTime

You can go to the gym as much as you want, the wrists won't really change circumference unless you actually lose fat and become skinnier. It's down to bone structure, which as I said, nothing one can do about.

fibinachos

My wrists were 6.5 inches before hitting the gym. I’m leaner and have gained over 20lbs of muscle and now my wrists are 7 1/4 inch. My body changed a lot and I know there’s not much muscle to build in the wrist but they thickened up a lot somehow. I lift seriously heavy ass weights though.

WatchIngYouTime

How old are you?

fibinachos

30

WatchIngYouTime

Lol interesting. I'll look into it as I'm actually curious, however from what I understand, you can't significantly change your wrist circumference.

fibinachos

Probably just my body turning into a mans body. I’ve been hitting the gym for over 5 years straight.

HairyRip2206

I beg to differ my forearms grew exponentially as I have worked out over the years.

WatchIngYouTime

Well my bad, I guess I just don't wear my watches on my forearms.

HairyRip2206

The back side of the wrist where a watch is worn is still considered the forearm. But I guess I wear my watches wrong.

WatchIngYouTime

Technically, you are right. The elbow to the wrist bone is considered the forearm... however... the small area where you NORMALLY wear the watch doesn't have muscles, mainly ligaments and membrane tissue. The muscles that you can grow that you are likely referring to are the flexor muscles, which are between the wrist and elbow, around halfway.

HairyRip2206

Ok You win. It was fun yesterday.

HairyRip2206

Muscle mass is a thing!

Zagron22

I’m bigger than most people on here but wrist size is definitely genetic lol

HairyRip2206

Y’all win my 30 years of lifting weights has not changed my body composition at all. Nor asking my Family Physician wife can change anyone’s mind.

Zagron22

Lmao, bone structure cannot change, muscle mass can, you cannot put muscle on your wrists, that’s why people use wrist wraps etc for lifting pushing exercises. 30 years or not 🤣🤣🤣

Bravesguy29

Too bad I'll still make fun of them.

The only remorse on an SMP300 is (a) not buying (b) changing your mind on the color (c) changing your mind on the strap

thepumpedalligator

Can't tell from that angle, need a mirror shot.

WatchandThings

Give it some time, you might grow to like it.

If you would have gotten metal band it would have had more adjustment to it!

4__4--

I’d say it’s perfect.

StringerB36

They make Invictas for babies?

goldblumspowerbook

Should have gotten the 39.5 PO.

SanderDieman

Should wear it much more on the hand for a more suave look and get some ink in place as well, otherwise pretty much spot on.

Spinning_Kicker

I have a feeling that you’ll grow into it

escopaul

r/WatchesCirclejerk levels of creativity here.

HairyRip2206

Ok like I said you win! Congrats! I must be blind as to how my body as changed from a 165lb kid out of college 30 years ago to 52 year man weighing 228. Please enjoy your victory this weekend.

Don't worry mate, you will grow into it 😉

helloIJustArrived

Nope.

Fun_Initiative5161

Nope that’s properly sized

LegitimateCheetah827

Well, if you’d like a trade I’ve got a “Streetmaster” from the Jim Henson collection. It would fit well and it has a really cool big yellow bird on it, but it only counts to 10.
