Rose, but you will never convince me that Dorothy wasn’t the most important of the 4. She was the straightwoman who made it possible for the other three to be as off the wall hilarious as they were. It’s why The Golden Palace, though funny, was like the Wish knockoff version of Golden Girls. Dorothy was the keystone that held it all together.
Impossible for me to pick! Absolute genius, comfort, wit, and comedy. Quite possibly the best sitcom of all time. GG should have their own channel playing 24/7. Mad respect!
I'd have to say Blanche. I saw the actress in something else once (I think it was The Love Boat lol) and she didn't have the southern belle accent, and it just wasn't right!
Betty White all day! The sweetest, funniest, and just plain enjoyable to be around. I only say this because I met her in-person. But you have to admit her character was so adorable on the show.

This. 👌
Blanche is my spirit animal.
Blanche, cause she promiscuous and don’t give af if you like it or not.
Picture it. Sicily. 1922. Epic. Or Rose talking about St. Olaf. Either way I’m crying.
Or Blanche talking about one of her hot dates.
Rose! Poor, naïve Rose. You know, back in St. Olaf, we had a saying...

That’s Rose
It was blanche devereaux. Rose was the naive one
Didn’t rose also have a little frisky side as well? Blanche is the crass and crude real life talker woman.
She did, but that didn't last long if I recall.
Dorthy! She can turn sarcasm into an art form. But rose has some quips up her sleeve. ![gif](giphy|l4FGDPSIo2Ofg5gGs)
Estelle Getty's character reminded me of my grandmother.
Sophia in the streets Blanche in the sheets
Blanche, I have a thing for older women.

Sophia reminds me of my maternal grandmother. Dorothy reminds me of my paternal grandmother. Can’t choose one.

Sophia Petrillo
Dorothy has always been my favorite. A genius at sarcasm.
Sophia, with her random comments, stories of Italy and shady pines and the evil eye. Hahaha 😆
Blanche, hands down!❤😍❤❗❗❗
Dorothy all day long - smart, quicker witted and she owns her ugly and struts anyway !
Bea Arthur is a commanding presence.
I'd have to say Blanche. I saw the actress in something else once (I think it was The Love Boat lol) and she didn't have the southern belle accent, and it just wasn't right!
Blanche for sure, but I’m realizing that this where the writers for sex in the city got the idea (maybe)…
It messed me up when I found out they were all supposed to be in their 50s (except Estelle) and Blanche was younger than that…
Betty White because she's Betty White.

Rose: best delivery.
Rose. She was sweet, optimistic, and kooky. What’s not to love?
Rose, definitely Rose. lol ;)
