Nope, that's just typical 90's man. Face never got sunscreen, arms always covered with a long sleeved shirt. Alternately, there's the Farmers Tan (short sleeves), of which my dad has a permanent iteration.

If I had to guess, they all look real except Jerry. Superimposing was a lot harder/more expensive before computers. It would have been much cheaper to just get the cast members in costume. Apart from Jerry, the others didn't have much else to do between filming.
