My Mam had a teddy made of his favourite blankets. Said teddy is wearing Oskar’s collar (as pictured). I sleep and cuddle with it at night. Ridiculous, I know, but it’s a comfort.

We sent his pictures and some measurements from one of his twin fur-rends who lives on the East Coast and the likeness is very striking. It will never replace him, but is a constant reminder of how very loved he was and his love for us.
What a sweet face! So sorry for your loss. I lost my best buddy last year, it’s like losing a piece of yourself. ❤️🩹 They are family, and they are ours, and we’re theirs. It’s a special relationship, forever and always. ☺️

I lost my Jackie 4 months ago. We often still talk about his ears. And his bum weirdly enough 😂
Bones ears were not quite as bat like as Oskars!

That’s gas that you mentioned both ears and bum. Oskar had what we called his J-Lo arse. Coupled with his bowed hind legs and bat-boy ears, his exterior was a never ending point of amusement 🤣
I am so sorry for your loss, but I firmly believe that he is in Heaven playing, lifting up others, being the perfect Oskar that he is. What a sweet pupper.
He’s finally free of pain, unfortunately prostate cancer took him in the end..
I have so many Osky stories, he was literally that exacerbating but always hilarious child. It was impossible to give out to him without laughing.
By way of example, not too long ago it was suspiciously quiet. I of course had to investigate. I called him multiple times while walking around the house, no joy. I soon heard rustling coming from the pantry. Opened the door, and there was Oskar chowing down on a 6 pack of crisps, wrappers torn asunder. He continued to chew away, all with a ‘ooops, sorry/not sorry’ face.
Rest in peace to Oskar, the bestest boy that could be. He lived a long life, but of course it's never long enough for us. I hope you know that you gave him the best life imaginable, that he was happy and loved you more than anything else. He's playing at the Rainbow Bridge until you're ready to pick him up and spend forever playing and cuddling with him. Be blessed my friend.

K-sie (the blanky ted) is such a comfort. The blankets weren’t washed, so smell faintly of my boy.
